Drinkwater was shocking. Kante was immense as ever. Huth a colossus aswell

To be honest Newcastle were probably even the better team but these are the ugly results that win titles

This still isn't sinking in properly it's the greatest sporting story I can remember!

Not near as much money in the game back then though, was much more of a level playing field in general. This is literally 1 in 5000 stuff

Leicester scraped by but 3 pts is 3 pts. Only defeats are 2x to Arsenal and once to Liverpool. They've been able to beat the teams they should beat on paper, unlike Arsenal and City.

What a season.

Whatever happens now, especially if Leicester win the title, it's almost at a situation there should be a film made

Even top 4 is ridiculous. We possibly won't ever see anything like this again with all the money in the game.

Delighted that Leicester won, it was the worst I've seen them play this season (And I've seen them a lot since Xmas as we all have!) though. Doesn't matter, 3 points are 3 points at the end of the day whether you win ugly or win 6-0!

As for Newcastle. I hope Rafa is successful with them as I don't like to see the amount of stick he gets. I will never forget the joy that he brought to me during his spell at Anfield. I think he is a very good manager and deserves a chance.

Leicester are getting the job done now but it's hard to think they won't have some sort of wobble between now and the end of the season.

I don't think it'll stop them winning the title if and when it happens, but still...

Agree

Although i actually think they will get at least 7 points from the last 3. I think people are really overexaggerating the last 3. United everton and Chelsea are all big names but are all awful this year and all 3 could very well finish outside the top 6

It's not exactly going to be a walkover, either. Chelsea are playing better than they were, aren't as easy to beat at least, Everton are capable of getting a good result and Man United are so inconsistent you don't know what'll happen with them.

Well of course, who knows what will happen but I'm only giving another perspective. They may not win another game but I'd still rather be positive

I really think Chelsea's improvement is being exaggerated though, they're still playing very mediocre stuff. Last day of the season will they really be that bothered? Don't get the man u "inconsistency" either, though maybe it depends what you mean by inconsistency. they've been off the boil 95% of the time tbh, mainly down to an awful manager.

I would be surprised if those games decide anything because the challengers are so poor. The way things are going they may just need a point at Old Trafford to be crowned champions.

I still feel there will be some shock results, games you think on paper are winnable, but not given the context. And we haven't reached squeaky-bum time yet. Ferguson made winning titles look so easy, yet United lost to relegation-battling Wigan and got overhauled by City. I remember Arsenal drawing at Bolton and Wenger ripping his tie off.....you never know what may happen.

Leicester are going about it the right way. They do the simple things well and aren't fazed by the occasion, which stands them in good stead. Bit tired tonight, but ground out a win....which is what champions do. Win again at home and they'll gain a second wind.

Will be nice to see a new name on the PL trophy in a few weeks time, and if West Ham can get the job done in the Cup replay against MU....

Really enjoying this season, true grit winning over the moneybags which makes a nice change and also nice to see the so called big 3 or 4 not having their customary clean sweep of the domestic honours

So much to play for with 8-10 games left for each club, apart from maybe Villa who are all but down and it's just a matter of how points they will pick up before the trapdoor officially opens and they bye bye until at least 17/18 season

A season that will probably be talked about for years down the road and bound to get even better in 16/17 season

Everton and their long awaited investment and who they bring in over the summer
Guardiola making his grand entrance at City
Leicester or Spurs defending THEIR PL title

The list is endless

It's crazy to even imagine we'll be watching Leicester in the CL next season

Id imagine this is huge news around Europe given the internet age we live in? Pretty much everyone will be routing for them

Interesting comment on the BBC live feed ..

<missing quote with some wittering about Leicester having NOTHING go against them all season>

and no, it wasn't me who sent it either
Would that nothing exclude Simpson being sent off v Arsenal for the sort of routine jostle that normlly goes unnoticed and certainly did when Spurs did the same thing and got away without a red card, or the ref in the Arsenal Leicester match carrying on till Arsenal scored, or Villa scoring a late equaliser as a result of a blatant handball and a massive deflection, or Mahrez missing a couple of penalties that would have turned two draws into two wins?

See what you want to see and miss out what it suits best to omit eh?

Leicester have been very very lucky with injuries as they were really really lucky to invest in state of the art facilities a few years ago, and players are treated like the gold that they are. Funny that - the more effort and investment in background facilities, the luckier they get. Jammy gits eh?

Yep true!

City were my main worry as they have the players to go on a run but they look completely disinterested in the league and are probably out of it after tonight

I can't see spurs going on a mad run tbh think they'll drop quite a few points in the coming weeks
