No, it was Martin Jol being replaced by Juande Ramos that Spurs fans found out about during a UEFA Cup match.
Thanks for the correction.

Extra time in the English, Italian, and German cup finals all on the same day, surely that is a first?!
Bayern win the Double. Pep leaves with another trophy. |

I think in years to come we'll all be telling the grandkids about the day some cup finals went to extra time on the same day. Save the 'I saw 25 corners in one game once' talk for the deathbed, hold the big guns back.

One of the worst penalties you will ever see in a shootout in the bayern game.

Haven't read the threads and didn't care about the result today.
One thing that bothers me. How has Chris Smalling got anywhere near the England Squad never mind the Man Utd one ? I wouldn't be surprised if a match costing mistake happens at the Euros due to him. |

John Stones is much more of a liability than Smalling, in fact i'd actually say Smalling is England's best CB.

Chris Smalling probably IS our best CB, but he's not exactly superb. Gone are the days when we had the likes of Terry, Ferdinand, Campbell and Carragher all at their peak.

On a completely separate topic, good to see Patrick Vieira doing well in management, his American City team lost 7-0 in the derby at home to Red Bulls!
Sure making his case to follow Guardiola a good one so far! |

whats the score then is it by any chance 0-0 in extra time
![]() Everyone agrees ( apart from Pardew ) that the ManU - Palace game was crap , whereas I saw more football player in the first ten minutes of the German game than the whole 90 of the game you saw . |
