Imagine looking for a winner, and you decide to replace Hazard with Victor bloody Moses.

A real weird substitution if you ask me. Not that I'm disappointed to lose my FF captain or anything...

I originally chose Costa for my Six-A-Side, then changed my mind and chose Hazard. I knew I'd be made to pay for that.

Great win for Chelsea against a tough West Ham side

Chelsea deserved that, West Ham weren't in it until they equalised.

Much better second half Chelsea didn't really impress me though.

I wish they would as I have money on them to win the league

I didn't actually get to watch the game, so I didn't know that Hazard scored a penalty. So turns out picking him was a smart move.

Unfortunately nobody else came through for me, including Ayew who went off injured, and some who supposedly got subbed on later on. Fabregas didn't get me any points so I'm guessing he didn't play.

Oh well, the first game of the season is always difficult with players being unavailable or not fit enough to get much game time, it's a bit of a gamble of they feature at all. I'm more confident about the Man United and Southampton game.

He didn't, at a guess can't imagine him being happy, and possibly on the move.

I love the passion and intensity of Conte, but for his own longterm well being it might be better for him if he could tone it down just a fraction.

Conte v Klopp might be a more exciting watch then what happens on the actual pitch between their two teams!

Klopp is an intense guy but he has a lighter side to him, has a laugh and seems to be able to switch off once the match is finished.
Conte seems uber intense. Even after the win last night the fire in his eyes was almost. As I said, it's great that he cares and wants success so much, but one can go a bit too OTT with that passion.

For what reason?

Imho, it's not good for someone to be so extremely intense. He's now working in a hugely competitive league and stress and burnout could become an issue. Maybe I'm completely wrong and he can handle everything without it affecting him?

He is not a new manager and has been working in very high pressure environments for many many years plus also as a player he has dealt with massive pressures etc. He has been working in highly stressful situations since 1991.

Unlike managing Juventus in Serie A and managing the Italian national team...nothing stressful at all about that.

It's Conte's style he is passionate and always shows it.

Of course none of those count because they are not "highly competitive", Just more of this The Premiership is the only/greatest league in the world mentality

The Italian league is a pale shadow of the great league it once was!
He's now working for an owner who is so demanding that he has sacked a World Cup winnng manager and CL winning manager at the first sign of problems.

What has that got to do with a single thing?

The pressures are still very high.

The supposed view of the league has no bearing on the demands that come with working for certain clubs. Being manager of a club like Juventus still comes with pressures no more or different then with Chelsea, They might be slightly different demands but its the same pressures.

He went to Juventus at a very difficult time. They had a habit of sacking managers at the time Ranieri was their last "long" term coach at two years or something and he had finished 2nd in the league and a semi-final. I don't even remember that that many lasting longer then he did for quite a long time.

Juventus has never really been a club in modern times that has been known for its patience when it comes to managers.

They have quite the sacking culture

And you don't think Juventus are demanding...Italian clubs change mangers (look at Cellino) left, right and centre.
