Half time in this Leicester-Arsenal game so far. Been a bit of a damp squib in truth.

Main talking point being that Leicester should have had a penalty that wasn't given. Stone waller if you ask me.
You can only give a penalty if 100% sure, I'm still not sure if it was a penalty after several replays, so think the ref made the right call

Brilliant

BT just can't compete with Soccer Saturday.
They are being extremely stupid to try. They are wasting their time.

Watford 1-0 Chelsea

Burnley 2-0 Liverpool

Some shockers today!
Cant work Liverpool out in all honesty. They have been losing these stupid games for years, yet can go to Arsenal and go 4-1 up. The title winners will go to the likes of Burnley and grind out a result. Look at Chelsea from the time you posted. Played less than great but turned it round, got an arguably undeserved 3 points but got them anyway. Im not saying we are title winners by the way, just that these are the types of games that make a difference next May.

this is an absolute joke, coquelin should have had a second yellow and been off (just like costa earlier).

what is wrong with the standard of ref'ing in this country?

Robbie Savage...."Why would Musa go down in that position"

The obvious answer is because footballers are often cheating C****

Not that that one was cheating but you get my point.

another game ruined by the ref, clattenberg useless.

arsenal should be down to 10 men, and that was as clear a pen as you get.

It's laughable that his regarded as #1. If his #1 then standards are extremely low.

Typical life of a footballer.

Scores a goal to help beat Liverpool so should be one of his best days...then this crops up albeit from 4 years ago!

Didn't watch the Leicester match, but Clattenburg is an awful ref so it doesn't surprise me to hear his performance being questioned again. Laughable that he got to referee 3 major finals this year.

Not sure what the FA are going to do about it. It was a long time ago so he might get away with the stuff he said but it is so ****ing abhorrent they might ban him anyway. Guy's a ****.

Depends if the FA are serious about tackling homophobia or not. Personally I think the fact that it was from a few years ago should be irrelevant as it was still left up there to read on his twitter up until today so presumably is a view he still held (and if not then it's his tough luck for not deleting it sooner). Hopefully there's repercussions for him whether from the FA or his club, he sounds like an utter dick.

What a vile scumbag.

The fa need to address this. Up until today they were there representing his views on social media, he should be banned.

Don't disagree, this is exactly the kind of thing the FA should come down on like a ton of bricks. I'm just unsure whether they will, remember a couple of players getting small fines for homophobic tweets, although they weren't this bad.

On the one hand, which sad case drags up a tweet from 2012? On the other, if you're aiming to kick homophobia out of football you have to deal with this sort of thing.

Hopefully, the F.A don't just ignore it.

How can they ignore it?

I also want them to address the awful officiating in the arsenal and Chelsea games today too. But nothing will happen.
