At least Sterling put his chance away, shame the same cant be said about Silva

I don't think City have been that impressive at the back so far this sea, so there will be opportunities there for our attacking players, hopefully they can taken them.

Both teams have some very good players, so I think it might be a case of who makes the least errors might very well be the team that prevails.”

City are only huge favourites if United allow them to play. But they won't. How successful United are depends on the personnel - I'm sure the manager has a plan. So, no, I don't make City huge favourites. Especially if Aguero gets a ban. I think City are a better side in terms of their fluency but that's probably immaterial once you throw the fact it's a derby, it's at Old Trafford and Jose is in the opposition dugout into the mix.

Shades of banning Rooney from the Cup semi a few years ago for a retrospective ban, let's see as you say, if The FA will do something similar here.

I doubt that they will, he is far too much of a high profile player, much easier to just give him a stern warning.

True, but I'd like to see his assist stats because his deliveries tend to lack quality.

Okay, sorry to cast any aspersions that what not there, I must have misjudged your previous post on this subject matter.

I think no matter what it will be a tight game, Aguero or no Aguero.

if it were costa, fellaini or any other player, sky and the print media would be hounding the FA. It will be really ineteresting to see if aguero gets let off

Sterling has been good this season. If his form carries on he will do just fine.

Nasri did well from the bench as well

What dignity?

He lost any dignity he may have had many years ago.

Aguero should get done for that elbow but not expecting him to.

Fellaini pretty much gets away with it whenever he plays.

To be fair, Fellaini has had one or two subsequent retrospective bans, let's see what The FA do here, big call for them to make.

Not sure what we've done to Quinn but he's barely had a good word to say about us for a while now.

Supposedly the 3rd put a gloss on it ignoring the fact we could have been 4 or 5 up before West Ham had a shot.

In our hall of fame aswell.

Loads of lifelong Barcelona fans have swapped their Bayern Munich shirts for Man City shirts.

redknapp on sky already saying that "he is not that type of player"

quinn "he withdrew the power at the last second"

I wonder whose shirts they will be buying for their collection next?

I hate it when people use that first line, as it is totally irrelevant, and as for the second, is he saying that bans should be judged on the power now?

Deary me, I have no words.

I hate this line so much. "He's not the type of player to do the thing he just did". Doesn't stop the fact that he just did it, does it?

Exactly, he obviously is that type of player as he did just elbow someone!

Ones that would get me a ban maybe, so better off not saying them then.

I don't think Man City are huge favourites at all. In fact my money would be on United.
Man City looked fabulous at times going forward, but there's still a fragility in the defence that United can exploit. Mourinho is putting together that mixture of power and finesse that was so successful for us 11/12 years ago. It will be a very different game for Man City.

Relax, people. Henrietta Winter is on the case about the Aguero elbow.

Be interesting to see how many times it's replayed on SSN demanding that Something Must Be Done.

No just the FA have shown leniency in the past and expect them to this time as well.
