It won't be his fault though, it'll be excuses excuses just like when he ballsed up the United job.

In fairness, United have been almost as shite ever since in spite of spending way more money.

As a Villa fan I know how Sunderland fans feel , its weird, once the club sinks into a period of decline its really hard to put it right , people say you have to give managers time , but unfortunately in this position you don't have time , for some reason whatever Moyes is doing or saying isnt working , i don't think its his fault its just he isnt the right man at this time ,, its taken us a lot of managers, but hopefully with Bruce something has clicked for the players .

i think Sunderland might have to go through a few managers before they get the right man , that could be Big Sam going back , but i think even with him in charge they will go down this season, however he might be the best man to get them back up.

Its depressing when your club is in a decline.

I think to a degree that Moyes is just in the wrong place at the wrong time. The rot set in with Sunderland years ago and being a side whose sole aim has been to finish 17th for season after season was always going to catch up to them eventually. I mean, look at the state of their squad.

Relative to the Fergie years, yes, but his season was a real low, especially considering he inherited a team that had won the league the season before (albeit not a great side). It's also been well documented there was money to spend but he just didn't know who he wanted/went for unattainable players.

Bloody hell, Sunderland have made a worse start to this season than Swindon "100 goals against" Town did in 1993-94.

Just seen this tweeted :

"And a new record for Jack Rodwell, who becomes the first player in league history not to have won one of the last 35 games he's started".

Is this true ?

if it is its all his fault

I heard Paul Merson say there isn't a great crowd at The Hawthorns today and I just thought to myself that I've never seen it packed. I'm probably being a bit disrespectful but they don't seem to attract the crowds for some reason.

Moyes to be sacked today and Big Sam back by next week?
He won't be sacked. Moyes was Short's number one mangerial choice.

And yet he had a better win% then LVG who did spend money....and they kept LVG for two seasons and only had an FA Cup to show for his last season, and not even beating any real top sides to win it.

Having a nightmare with Fantasy Football. Apparently Walcott was injured, who knew? Valencia apparently broke his arm (how was nothing said?) and Nsue is mysteriously not in the Boro squad. So that's 3 players not earning points and not a single source told me these players wouldn't play. Ughhhhhh.

I originally had Walcott and Monreal in my Six-A-Side, and had to swap them out. I was going to go for Giroud, but just couldn't bring myself to do it. I kept telling myself I'll regret it.

Instead I went for Rob Holding and Aaron Ramsey. Rob Holding never played and Aaron Ramsey got me a massive 14.5 points.

Clattenburg is a joke.
I'll correct your mistake for you.... A player clearly slips, and he books him. That's after booking a player who pulled out of a challenge earlier in the game. Two very soft booking and then he bottles it by not sending Flanagan off later after a deliberate hand ball.
