Some good chances not being taken by both sides at Anfield, Kane with the best for Spurs.

Liverpool have edged this half for me, had more and better chances. Very impressed yet again with Lloris. Good to watch and still unable to call it.

Big second half for Spurs, as they really need to win this to put pressure on Leicester going into their match tomorrow.

That Sakho is a liability.

Yep, and this is the last chance for a while for Spurs to register a result before Leicester. Leicester, though, have shown last season and this they can play very well under pressure.

Fine Liverpool goal, Coutinho the architect.

Spurs defence undone by a simple one-two.

Coutinho is worth his weight in gold for Liverpool at the moment.

Liability is an understatement really.

Coutinho shows he really doesn't need to dive - classy work from Leicester's favourite, for now, player.

With Sakho and Mignolet, far too early to count any chickens.

Sturridge should have buried that.

To win, Tottenham will have to score two goals. Maybe more if Liverpool score again.

That is two very, very good chances he has missed in this game so far.

1-1, Kane.

You see that's it, if you had to restart the season I'd imagine most would back City, I certainly would. They'll be bookies favourites next season for a reason when this year ends.

With finally what looks like an injury free side coming together I'd be very surprised if they didn't get top 4 now
They will finish in the top four regardless. Same with Arsenal -- everyone going on about if West Ham could finish there, but it's just bookmaker talk. Arsenal have been disappointing, but they haven't looked like a fifth or sixth placed team in the division. They know how to finish a season and have no distractions, West Ham on the other hand will have one eye firmly on the cup.

I find myself rooting for Spurs increasingly to avoid vomiting at Leicester's 'fairytale' story. Like leicslad but without having to buy a Leicester shirt first.

And draws attention to Sturridge's misses.

Yes indeed, although this match can still go either way, big last half hour or so.

Bloody hell, how did that not go in?

A few more millimetres and it would've either been touched in or gone in itself off the far post.

This really is a fantastic game of football now; you can tell it's being played at the business end of the season when both teams have got a lot at stake.
