What a fallacy that is.

If Ramos has got 20 reds,, surely Pepe must have at least 30

The comeback with ten men is complete!
Mildly hyperbolic. They've been down to ten men for about a minute and it was already 1-1.

Were they celebrating his passing or something?

Yeah, they had a big mosaic, and had his family in the stands.

They have just recently opened a museum about him at the stadium.

Well if there is one team that can beat them it is Real Madrid Looks like Zinedine Zidane will be here for next season

Better that then getting relegated from the Premier League as the previous manager looks like he will end up doing!

Liability is an understatement really.
He wasn't a liability at Old Trafford a few weeks ago as I recall.. One of our best players on the night - but please don't let minor details like that get in the way of jumping on a convenient bandwagon. He does take risks and makes the odd mistake but the stick he gels is OTT.

Fair enough, I guess every player is allowed the odd good game here and there.

It's not the odd good game. He's just a good defender that has some mistakes in him. Given your previous uninformed opinions on some of our players like Lovren and Origi I wouldn't expect you to understand.

Apologies to Spurs fans but with Liverpool playing Spurs this goal came to mind from 1978. Its number 7 in a 7-0 thrashing. For me its one of the greatest goals ever and epitomised a simply magnificent Liverpool team:

As a Man U fan its not easy to post, Liverpool made my childhood particularly stressful on the football front- but my word they were some team!

You're forgetting his legendary denial of Suarez's talents in favour of Grant Holt - that one really hits a nerve...

There's no issue with giving a player criticism (and Sakho was erratic today) but when it's so extreme or is reserved for players that play for certain teams, it's all a bit shallow and transparent.

Not really. When match fit and on the pitch he is still top quality. Tie last two years of almost constant injury have not helped his mentality when it comes to pushing himself to the physical limits that the PL demands. There's no doubting his technique but other parameters have since come into play that affect his consistency and reliability. The summer (tournament, rest and pre season) are massive for him and next season will see whether he can get the physical and mental robustness to match his talent.

No, people are rating Sturridge because they're capable of seeing his qualities.

Nah I didn't forget, it's just that he gets a bit upset whenever it's pulled up, to the point where he completely ignores why it's brought up when it's used an example. He recently revealed he's ill, and was in need of an operation, so I don't want to set him off.

I think Sakho will be one of those players who isn't highly rated outside of his club. There are a lot of Liverpool fans who don't rate him that highly. He doesn't help himself, either, due to him being a bit error-prone, but in reality he's a very good player, who looks uncomfortable on the ball but is a great ball-playing defender. He likes to take risks, and is often the case with risks if something goes wrong it can be bad...hence why it's a risk.

This same poster, when we were playing Man United, singled out Lovren as some sort of weakness, as if Lovren playing gave his club a chance. Also mentioned Mignolet and Origi, with Mignolet, while also very error-prone, also capable of putting in good performances, and we know Origi's qualities. When pulled up for it he didn't have much of a defence, and I recall him saying something about not watching said player much or something like that, which is understandable since he's not a Liverpool fan but in making such claims, while not being so informed you risk being made to look bad.

Sakho, Lovern and Mingolet aren't players highly rated by anyone outside Liverpool fans. Origi is still young, but he's not exactly been prolific wherever he has went.
