They may well clinch it before old Trafford

If Spurs lose today then in theory Leicester could win it next weekend.

C'mon United!

This is the first time for a while when Leicester have played before Spurs. Leicester answered every question Spurs asked of them. Now we will see what Spurs are made of.

No not just this but the extraordinary luck of going through the season with very little injuries.

PaddyPower:

Leicester HT team talk:
Ranieri: Sunderland have been chatting sh*t, lads
Vardy: You f*cking what?
Ranieri: Yeah, LOADS of sh*t
Vardy: RIGHT

Made me laugh.

"Tactics" is pushing it a bit, but I've said all along that they need to create a whole new award for what Ranieri has done here. He's gone against every footballing convention there is to turn a team that just escaped relegation in to league champions and in his first season with them as well.

indeed. take away that luck they've had this season and it's unlikely they'll get higher than mid-table next time around

I doubt they'll even need that. Two wins should probably do it.

At the bottom, Norwich v Sunderland next week is absolutely massive.

Not quite.

If Spurs lose today, the most points they can get is 77, which Leicester would surpass with two more wins.

Sounds like LVG has a new tactic in his attempts to ensure every game is 0-0.....don't even bother turning up!

Werent they the absolute outsiders in the betting at 5000/1 at the start or at least joint worst

The team being crowned Champions, and the teams being relegated could very well be sorted out well before the end of the season, so the only thing that could be of interest going into the final days might be who finishes fourth, and even that could be done and dusted if United don't keep on winning.

I can't quite remember a season when nothing of real importance was on the line going into the final two or three games.

Credit to Leicester today, they did what all Champion teams do, go to a tough away ground, and come away with all three points.

Nah, it is just the old familiar parking the bus tactic

That's right and many leicester fans placed bets on them winning the league at those odds. quite a few people are looking at payouts of around £250k.

Got to say, Well done Leicester.
Looks like Claudio Ranieri and Leicester found each other just at the right time.

Can't help thinking though how different things would have been for Leicester if Ranieri had not been available and they had picked a manager such as Rodgers, Moyes, Redknapp, Monk etc.,

they're not just gonna win the league they're gonna win it at a canter... amazing.

Nothing flukey about Leicester.

Just unfashionable to see a team without big names control matches so effectively.

What has helped is the complete ineptitude of the so-called 'big' clubs.

I hope none of them have heart conditions. The stress of watching the last few matches of the season will be unbelievable.

I'm going to stick my neck out here and suggest that Mahrez is inching towards Suarez/Messi level. Honestly his dribbling ability and balance is almost as good as their's are.

He's only just turned 25, Messi and Suarez are both 30 next year. You could be looking at a potential Ballon d'Or winner if he joins Barca/Real.

LvG's instructions were to park the bus today.

He didn't mean on the North Circular.

I don't think it will be regarded as a fluke, after all Leicester have gained more points in the last 12 months, not just this season, than any other team. Just the most unexpected winners in Premier League history.

Will this delay have more of an impact on Spurs? 30 minutes more for them to wait till they can attempt to claw back Leicester.
