Don't think it will Spurs will be in there again. Not so sure Chelsea will return to whee they were
It must be awful for Arsenal fans having a manager that has served so long, that the board cannot make a decision and say you've had your time, thanks and all that but we need some new blood. |

Toure will be off in the Summer anyway so he will just be his replacement. |

Spurs are the real deal for me - smashing young players and a smart manager. Hope they keep hold of them all as they could be the start of something special. They can win the title in the next few years, this year is Leicester's - an unprecedented, possibly never to be repeated in a generation, achievement.
Spurs are now an elite club like Chelsea and Man City and they will have the stadium to match. They spent well, got a good manager and kept it all going in the past 5 years. Leiciester only need to Southhampton and Spurs. Nobody is talking about Bale anymore it's Kane. Leiciester can kick around top four or atleast top six just keep the manager and the scouting network and they will be good. The Premier Leauge has relegated clubs in a "free fall" Blackburn, Bolton or clubs which come right back up. Norwich, Swansea or bournemouth or one do the newly promoted clubs will go next season. I laugh at people who say Leiciester will be relegated I'm afraid they have plenty of cash now and will have to have a bigger squad anyway they are safe even Liverpool can handle Thursday nights and still stick around going for top 8. Would a Leicieater fan or any on here take last 16 plus 4th place? It's very hard to retain a Premier Leauge crown I support Chelsea and look at there season hard to believe it was a title last a season at The Bridge. Ranieri Chelsea legand so I'm really happy for this guy what a job he's done and never won a title well all the best I hope this years the first. Has all the big club experience in Europe too I reckon Leiciester will do well in Europe. Win the title they get a better pot and better chance of hitting the last 16 too beats Spurs achievement of 4th a few seasons back. |

Credit to Spurs though been great this season too been chasing all the way but only ever for 2nd. I'm sure they will be more worried about finishing above all the London clubs and City plus United.

not sure if serious
They will be signing more "Cambiasso" winning players yet more at there prime to handle Champions Leauge football. Saying that I wouldn't upset the dressing room money doesn't always buy you success e.g Chelsea Hazard has to be sold .. |

Just to add last time I felt this emotional about football was when "interim manager" Roberto Di Matteo done what no other Chelsea manger could and win the Champions Leauge in 2012.
Ranieri brought the Terry's and Lampards into the Chelsea squad and was like many others sacked for what finishing 2nd place? But yes I remember 2012 nobody gave Chelsea a hope on heck of winning and they did one of the greatest stories of the Champions League. Leicester on the other hand are beyond belief I think people still find it hard to think of them as a big club but the King Power is a nice stadium doesn't look too bad next to White Hart Lane or Stamford bridge pre develooment. Perhaps they will fancy adding another tier next season at King power I imagine Champions Leauge ticket demand may out trip the actual amount on sale.

I think you are getting ahead of yourself a little.
Blackburn won a title once... By today's terms Leiciester do not win titles, they are not known in the recent past other than winning lower Leauge titles. Sour grapes is it? See a lot of united fans or city fans annoyed on the Daily Mail comments. You got loads of reasons for Leiciester to fail next season why? Is there squad past it? Can there scouting network not be trusted? People will fear Leiciester go on and do it again now that would be egg of the face for the so called big clubs. That's the truth they will say they can't do it, I bet it will spur them on to go it again .. |

Yes in an era of much less financial power. No club outside the big 5 has won the title in atleast 15 years do your research.

Leicester will find it incredibly tough, and do you really believe the "big" teams will not do better? I congratulate them for this season, it is an incredible feat, but come on let's come back to reality. |

I said at the start of the season when Leiciester went top they would stay there. I don't mind saying next season I believe they will be in the top four even if they can't retain the title. Relegation possible course but they could just as easy go on and bag another title nobody is expecting that but if the players remain who is going to bet against them? |

I congratulate them for this season, it is an incredible feat, but come on let's come back to reality. City have pep they will be competitive let's say. Arsenal, United, Liverpool at the moment no but let's wait and see if any of the mangers change. I don't see Arsenal making a chance that top four spot will be impossible for them soon given given how many teams going for it. West Ham are doing very good too. And Chelsea is a rebuild top four target no more. Even Jose never won the title first season. Clubs still in transition so a 2nd bite at the cherry for Leicester. That's if they can keep up the same energy and desire. They could win it and give up thinking they did all they could but vardy will want to be in the squad for the World Cup next so .. |

Lol you really are desperate to think it is sour grapes for some very strange reason.
Leicester were relegation certs a year ago. I am saying that this could very well be a freak season. Not really much of a stretch, is it? The same doubt will spur them on. Sports psychology and defensive tactics are massive in the modern game. Do you believe playing down the title talk has helped them on? Many just watch football kicking around a ball but there's a lot going on behind the scenes scouts, coaches, reserves right down to the tea person. I would say great team effort which money can't buy. Southhampton flirted at the top of the Leauge until Xmas a few years ago I'm more of a view we are at a changing of the guard. We will see more of this West Ham have been plugging at the top four for a couple of seasons and Spurs have been wanting back in it no surprise here. So Chelsea were off, they finished 6th when I believe when we won the Champions Leauge! n what people should know is past few seasons teams are ready to step up incase Arsenal or somebody had an off season..Pardew got Newcastle 5th a whisker away from 4th in that season only chucked it with a few games to go..not sure what those fans think now Pardew is away.

Remember Liverpool also nearly pipped City to the title. They have a great history but not so much success in the past decade or more so if they won it shows teams can compete as they finished about 8th the year before. It's a Competitive Leauge now nobody seen this?

See this is a thread for "neutrals" I sense too many upset fans of big clubs wanting a dig at Spurs or Leiciester. Be humble in defeat Chelsea have been poor but next years another season that's my view.
Winning the title once has no bearing on future success. Consistency is key, they will need to do it again before anyone considers them a threat that is here to stay. I really dont see why that is so difficult for you to understand. |
