Man united fan?

The true sour grape fans of big clubs are coming out.

So what if Leiciester don't win it again there name will be on the trophy they will have the open top bus live for this season I believe any Leiciester fan should enjoy it as for consistency tell me why this squad will become a bad squad next season? Is Vardy past it after one season? Is the keeper who's been there for many seasons now going to lose form? Explain?

It can happen just look what happened to Chelsea this season. I imagine one of Kante or Mahrez will leave in the summer. They'll have to find a good replacement

Ok so they get £60 million to buy more long as they don't do a Liverpool and buy crap they can make it work. Southampton is an example. Leiciester will go for unknown names in Europe. Buy Torries get big egos and poor performances like his time at Chelsea or Hazard who downs tools for the manager. Even Arsenal couldn't porch Leiciesters scouting network. They missed out on a few good players in January it won't be hard attracting the players they want when they can offer the Champions Leauge platform.

Mahrez should stay rather than warm a bench at Barca. It would be more fun for a player as seen in many seasons getting goals against the best teams in the world.

Ah I see, you have a hatred for United fans. I understand your constant desperation to call "sour grapes" now.

Tell me how the squad has gone from relegation certainties to title winners.

I couldn't give a toss about them winning the title. It will be good for the league but I just find your insistance that they are here to stay, without any kind of realistic questioning, utterly baffling.

Anybody wanting them to fail also never read how there scouting network found Mahrez and they have loads of targets lined up. Can't wait to see the summer window. As I say even Arsenal couldn't sign up the the Leiciester scouting network.

Not atall Man U have some good young players I don't mind if they won the title. I mentioned United as they have won many titles so I guessed the sour grapes has to be Man U fans. Chelsea fans have been very humble this season to be honest still supporting Gus difficult job he's had to do he's took the club away from relegation trouble.

Luckily most fans have been supportive of Leiciester and it's great for football only a few shallow minded fans will come on a netural thread to say Spurs or Leiciester have been poor or question there mentality at winning.

Absolutely noone has said they are poor though?

I am simply questioning your apparent insistence that they are going to be there or thereabouts next season. I dont understand where that mentality comes from.

But you have somehow translated that into "people want them to fall over".

Okay maybe nobody said poor but the same people said they would fall away by Xmas all I'm saying there's as much chance of relegation as another title but it's because they are not a big club I hear often of it was United or city top that would be it over so I get it but for me a good footballing side it doesn't matter who they are I believe that squad has played beyond its brand so to speak.

I actually feel Spurs play great football I enjoy that they score more goals and 2nd shouldn't be snubbed I don't remember them finishing above Arsenal in some years and yes I had to google that answer it's here in a live countdown

Wonder how many i'd get for my group "I've had an irrational hatred of Leicester City for nearly 20 years and I really don't want them to win the league and this current love-in in the media is making me nauseous"

im struggling with the logic that all the fans of the traditional top 4 are so bitter about Leicester City. Is the suggestion that a Man Utd fan would rather see City or Liverpool win the title or an Arsenal fan would rather see Chelsea or United win it? Of course not. No fan want to see their rivals doing well.

I will balance your irrational hatred with my irrational affection for Leicester. This dates back to the 1963 FA Cup Final, my all time favourite final, the first trophy United won after Munich, Denis Law's first season and won against Leicester City.

When you've spent an evening basically making up arguments about 'top four' fans having sour grapes and being bitter, you're not exactly a model of neutrality.

Agreed. As if Chelsea fans want to see Spurs or Arsenal win it. Some people have a bizarre way of thinking.

If West Brom where in the top four it would be great. I'm netural as next season I would hope someone like West Ham will do well.

Or Bournemouth how did they stay up had a fantastic season I can talk plenty about different sides this year.

For me the clubs in the bottom have been dodging relegation for a few seasons. I'm sad at Villas fall because I remember them finshing in the old UEFA cup spots now Europa Leauge since Martin O'Neill left it's went downhill.

I hope one of the Championship clubs does well next season too. Another club Watford I believe could compete they have flirted with top four this season but lacked consistency. But they are a club which has only ever spent one season in the top I am delighted this "new order" is changing too as Leiciester are another club like that. West Brom is a fine example of stability and Stoke.

Where did I say I wanted these teams to win it? I'm a casual fan not a season ticket holder I'm also a football fan everybody likes how the under dog can win after a Chelsea have had a poor season read the Chelsea thread nobody cares nothing to play for. I believe they will get a guard as honour at Stamford bridge if they win the title but not 100% sure if that's going to be true.

The under dog being Leiciester I never mentioned Arsenal to win it.

My nose is more put out by people who prior to Christmas couldn't name a single outfield Leicester player who wasn't called Vardy, suddenly now toasting their imminent success as if it's something they've shared in.

There's a difference between acknowledging what's set to be an extraordinary achievement and somehow pretending that Leicester have been your second favourite team all along.

You've said a few ridiculous things in the past, like Liverpool being relegation candidates after an opening day defeat to West Brom, so it would have been hard for some people to have taken you seriously.

This hurts my eyes. I think your argument would be more valid if if made sense, does your keyboard not have any punctuation?

I'm in the Leicester won't repeat their success again next year camp. Not because I am bitter or have sour grapes or whatever else you want to refer to it as, but because I am realistic. Looking at the other clubs - there is no way they can all be as bad as they were this season, particularly Chelsea and Man City. And that is part of the reason for Leicester's success this season, yes they've played well but it helps that everyone else has been below par. I'm not saying I want Leicester to fall, but I would be surprised to see them finish in the top 4 next season, especially if they lose Kante and/or Mahrez. But hey, just my opinion.

Graeme Souness wasn't very complimentary against Leicester at half time in there match yesterday, but changed his mind at the end.

It is great to see Leicester doing so well, also Bournemouth and Watford, it shows clubs can come up and do well, all last seasons promoted clubs could end up staying up which would be good.

As for Newcastle and Sunderland, there are only so many seasons, you can hang around the bottom without going down.
