I'm alright with that.

Don't mind Clattenburg, he's usually pretty good.

To quote the MUTV commentator, Stewart Gardner, "......or Mark Batternberg as Paddy once called him on air."

Better than Dean or Atkinson.

I think we have a fair chance. We seem to raise our game for the 'big' matches this year. Leicester have one hand and three fingers on the title now so the pressure is off them to a certain extent. Naturally they'll want to win it as early as possible but with 3rd/4th place a fair possibility for us with Arsenal and City still to play each other and City possibly having one eye on the Champions League (plus a tricky away tie at Soton to negotiate this weekend in between the two semi games) I would hope that our desire for 3 points will be greater than theirs.

Of course, we'll probably lose 3-0 now I've said that!!!

He seemed to control last night's CL match well.

The season stats seem to align nicely for a draw, most likely 1-1.

It's our W11 D4 L2 +16 goal difference home record vs their W11 D4 L2 +15 goal difference away record.

We average 1.35 goals at home, they've conceded 0.94 per game on their travels. The mid point is 1.15.

They average 1.82 goals away, we concede 0.41 per game at home. The mid point is
1.12.

Based on that on that I'm thinking a close run thing, not too surprised if one team nicks it, but unlikely that either side wins comfortably.

The couple of jokers up our sleeve is that against West Ham and Everton just lately when we've played 4-3-3, we've looked so much more fluid and dangerous going forward than we have for the majority of the season. I'm confident we'd have scored more this season if we'd have played it all the time and I'm really hoping we go with that again. The other one is Vardy's absence for them although they obviously didn't miss him too much against Swansea.

The better the right back plays, the better the chances of United winning, since much of Leicester's attacking is concentrated on that half of the penalty area. That and the fact that though Leicester would like to win, United need to win and needs must is often the difference maker.

I'm also looking forward to seeing how Rashford performs against those two lumps in the middle of Leicester's defence.

Why, yes. Everything is just fine, thank you.

Not sure how a relatively bland comment about a referee can come across as 'seeming down', but there you go.

Leicester defend deep so that it is difficult for quick strikers to get behind them. LIke you say Robert Huth and Wes Morgan are both slow.

There would appear to be something in this Renato Sanches rumour, if judging by the sheer volume of bold claims that it's going to happen is anything to go by.

The Mail also reckon that we're going in for Aubameyang.

The reported figures are mind-blowing. £46m for Sanches, £70m for Aubameyang.

If there is any truth at all, in either rumour, you'd have to assume that the club know who the manager will be, next year.

Those figures are crazy and almost x-rated!

Still I suppose that is what you get when the new TV deal gives the ub so much more extra cash than we have ever had from that avenue, plus whatever else we can pull in from other sponsors etc.

Yep, more here too:

The man is a loon. Suggesting that we're an inexperienced team of players who haven't won anything? Suggesting DDG has never won the title. Underplaying Rooney and Carrick's achievements?

The man must go.

He just doesn't get his players. After 2 years!

Apparently Valdes is on his way back from his loan spell, not that we will notice, as I doubt that we will see him again.

The money is alot but that's where football is going.

10 years ago clubs were spending similar amounts of money compared to the TV deal at the time, even 20 years ago .

If we beat Leicester tomorrow, we go top on Home points, with equal numbers of games played. Away form is the problem... we are 11th. in that, and we have West Ham away coming up next week. So we must win tomorrow. Drop points tomorrow and there's a fair chance that W Ham will finish above us.

Should make for a cracking game!

Well West Ham's won drops us down a place to sixth, and puts extra pressure on us to win all of our matches,I've are to stand any chance of getting fourth.

Makes no real difference to the 4th. place situation as West Ham can't realistically finish 4th. We still can, if we win our 3 last games. Big if though, and that plus Ars or City dropping enough points seems fairly unlikely, to be honest.

West Ham are the main challengers for 5th. but that will not be on our minds at all tomorrow!
