Will Man City rest their best players tomorrow, as there is a good chance they will and may drop points, also City have got a tough game next week against Arsenal so there is hope

If we beat Leicester tomorrow, we go top on Home points, with equal numbers of games played. Away form is the problem... we are 11th. in that, and we have West Ham away coming up next week. So we must win tomorrow. Drop points tomorrow and there's a fair chance that W Ham will finish above us.

Should make for a cracking game!
I can see us winning both our home games, it's the away form that's been a big problem. It was the same last season, that's why I don't think we'll get fourth place. Unless City or Arsenal chuck some points away!

So we could win the home league plus the top six league on here, so a double of sorts, and winning the FA Cup could mean LvG leaving after a treble!

I think 2morrow against Leicester will a close game I reckon it will end up 0.0 as nobody wants 2 lose. Regarding lvg the utd board have already made their minds up if he is going r staying 4 another season.

I agree that the decision over LVG'S future has probably being made one way or another i just hope he is going as i don't think i could take another year of him and his style of football. I think if he does stay it will be a real backward step by United and the board as he just doesn't understand United and our traditions and his philosophy is out of date with the modern game, he was a great coach in his day but that has being and gone to be fait and he now just comes across as a stubborn old man who is a shadow of his previous self. I worry that if he remains in charge we will fall further behind our main rivals especially as the TV deal will mean so much money will be spent on transfers this summer. Does anyone have any faith in LVG in the transfer market? I don't his overall record has been shocking i just hope we don't trust him with another Ł150 million as it is a disaster waiting to happen.

So looks like Memphis is off... he's just made a big deal about unfollowing every Utd player on his Instagram and deleting every post he had on there about the club. Weird, and sad, thought he had potential.

Odd behaviour indeed. Agree that he looked like an exciting signing with great potential, but he seems a level below what is required. If he ain't happy, man united should cut their losses and get rid.

Humm, I wonder what sort of fee we could get for him,if that were to be the case?

He does still have a fair bit of potential, so perhaps something over Ł20 million perhaps??

I love how this is the way to discover if a player is off, by unfollowing people on social media! Such a modern way of doing things!

Media and papers as always writing nonsense. He's deleted every post bar one on Instagram and is only following 11 people, one being the official United page. Media will try to make something out of nothing all the time.

I don't see much in it either.

Rooney did something similar last year when he changed his profile on 1 of his social media to "Nike athlete" or something similar.
I can't see him being told he can leave. He has too much potential

Apparently he has never scored past Leicester before, and is on 99 Old Trafford goals (or something like that), so if what you say were to happen, that would break a few records (and hearts) in the process.

Stats like this always Make me laugh.
How many games has he played against Leicester? I'm thinking maybe 6?

I remember some stats about when played some minnow team a few years ago, it said United would become the first British team to beat them should they win.
The only British teams they have played against where Aberdeen and Nottingham forrest iirc

Nah, I see a draw today then Tottenham not winning at Chelsea. Title to Leicester with two games to spare.

I can't blame him. Some of the abuse players get on social media is ridiculous. The official Utd twitter account makes me want to punch people when they tweet the team and halfwit post LVG Out or "why no Memphis?". **** off you arses.

Just read something on twitter that says memphis may have been advised to delete everything to reduce the flack he gets from the outside world.

See this is one of the reasons I don't get too bothered about player loyalties anymore. I mean I bother a bit, obviously but not like it used to. If a player is great and wants to leave for what they consider to be a better club or for money it's considered disloyal, even though they aren't fans of the club they're currently employed by. But players don't get enough loyalty from fans or their clubs. Jay Spearing is a Liverpool fan, would die for the shirt, but Liverpool fans wanted him out because he wasn't good enough. We weren't loyal to him, even though he wanted to be at the club and play, he was loyal. Dirk Kuyt was a fan-favourite, he put in a lot of effort all the time, he loved it here. He's still a fan, watches us when he can. We didn't show him loyalty when we got rid of him (prematurely, too).

We also have Daniel Sturridge who has received a lot of criticism from Liverpool fans because of his injuries, and now anything he does is scrutinised. Any facial expression, any comment. If he decides to leave in the summer it'll be considered disloyal while fans weren't being loyal to him.

How can I expect players like Torres and Suárez to be loyal and not want to move on when we (fans and club) don't extend the same courtesy to the likes of Jay Spearing and Dirk Kuyt?

Given the reports of his swish "look at me" lifestyle its quite possible someones had a word in his ear and told him to knuckle down or he'll not get the opportunities.

I might be wrong, but I get the air of Macheda about him. Thinking he's made it already automatically just because he's been signed by United.

Come on, let's not let them do an Arsenal, and celebrate winning a title at Old Trafford, our ground, only we should be allowed to do that!!

There should be a certain amount of pride to not let that happen!

Somewhat worried about that line up against the counter.

Everton creamed us quite a few times last week. Leicester won't be as useless.

Hope we smash them though. The Foxes love-in is nausiating.

Pretty much the starting XI I wanted to see, pleased with that. Only differences I might've liked were Fosu-Mensah or Borthwick-Jackson in the full back positions, but I wasn't strong on that. Borthwick-Jackson was unrealistic anyway as he seems to be completely out of favour at the moment. Wanted to see that front 6, with the CBs and De Gea being obvious choices.

With the exception of Rashford this team is back to the usual familiar line up.

Great goal by Martial.
