All the talk was about the City v Arsenal match with regards to how it could influence the race for the top 4 with hardly anything being said about how Swansea could do the same. Swansea's win against Liverpool and today's score so far has to change that. They look like they're rounding into a nice bit of form.

Fair enough, I had hoped that something might have changed, probably for the best, give him the whole summer off, and come back raring to go at the start of next season.

Yes indeed, if we can go into the last match of the season in fourth place with a two point lead of City, and with us at home to Bournemouth (and looking to get revenge over them for when they beat us at their place), hopefully that should be good enough to secure that fourth place, which would be remarkable.

Still a very long way to go yet, let's see what the Arsenal match brings tomorrow, as that will have a huge baring on what sort of match Tuesday becomes, as it could really become an irrelevant one if City win.

Another interesting stat I read was that yesterday was our first win in the league outside Manchester since we beat Liverpool at Anfield on January 16th. And yet if City don't beat Arsenal today 4th place is in our own hands. How does the adage go? If you can't be good, be lucky!
