I'm not his biggest fan but feel sorry that Lingard is missing out and the elbowing one is in the team.
Hope he proves me wrong

Why? Rojo, Jones and Smalling are all competent. Who would you buy?
Rojo not good enough
Jones shouldnt be at the club anymore
Smalling is first choice for me.

John stones or marquihious from PSG would be my picks especially the latter.

Oh lord, I would not like to have been a neutral watching that.

We started well enough and have had a few chances but it's almost embrassing the way Palace are allowing us the ball and daring us to create. Rooney was doing a pretty good impression of Scholes for 25 minutes, but Clatterberg is by far our best player that half.

It could go either way but we are the better overall team I feel.

Lingard maybe to come on for Mata could make a difference but Carrick definitely needs the hook for Schneiderlin.

We might as well just discuss our penalty taking lineup with the way this match is going.

Now Rashford is gone. Not liking the direction of this.

Mata scoring doesn't change the "Goodbye, Louis" line from me, though.

Game on.

why does a goal have to be scored against us to make us work harder?

Still want LVG to go, hope if we win this he is not saved

So take a sure penalty taker off for Lingard?
It may not get that far but it's closing off options
As for Martial wide and Young through the middle? Total rubbish IMO

Well at least we showed a bit of character to get the goal back. I thought we were done. Great run and ball by Rooney, made up for his mutiple give-aways during the game. We are still more likely to win before the lottery of penalties. Quite a few Palace players look knackered.

Alan Pardew should sign up for Strictly after his dance moves.

Brilliant. Back on par with Arsenal!

And more life from the manager in 1 minute than we've seen in 2 years.

Thank you. About damn time. Less said about the actual match the better, this is all about the win.
