Ryan Giggs is in the footballing wilderness if he leaves Manchester United.
He has spent 29 years at one club - a top club. He knows absolutely nothing else since playing for the school team. That is not attractive for a recruiting club looking for a new manager. I suspect clubs who would be interested would be driven by owners looking for a bit of publicity on the back of his name. If there wasn't the Leeds - Man Utd rivalry you could see him as being the type their owner would fancy. Bring him in for the hype and then have him sacked by Christmas if he hasn't done brilliantly.
I feel the "good" clubs for Giggs are "good" clubs BECAUSE they wouldn't consider hiring the likes of Giggs as manager.
