The Germany national team's Facebook page said it's Schweinsteiger's birthday today, and that he's 32. That surprised me, it feels like he's been around forever. Arjen Robben (also 32) is the same in that respect.

Schweinsteiger recently retired from international football, too, which also made me think he was a bit older.

Another Riola client. I think we'll pass on this one.

Coral are doing a Man United special offer for the new season. Goes live at 8am tomorrow and limited offer so you will need to be quick to get it. Man United to win premiership outright, 14/1.

It would be hilarious if Real Madrid for some reasons end up signing Pogba.

So he is vacationing in New York and the Real Madrid team is there at the moment....Pure coincidence ???

Why would it be 'hilarious'? If Madrid coughed up the money, they'd quite probably get him. They're a more attractive proposition than United, right now.

There is more chance of me playing for us than of Balotelli, he us useless, why on earth would be be interested in him??

I am sure Ibra has lots of friends, why should that mean that we might be interested in any of them??

Offer still available and looks like they are paying out all winnings as cash instead of the usual free bets that they tend to use with these offers.

Well it'd be kinda annoying if Man United won the title, and you won about £300 only for it to be in free bets.

It's a good offer if you don't already have an account with them. Which I do.

I don't think so. He's just doing a quick hop on the train to Old Trafford for Rooney's testimonial.

I hope we do not pick up any injuries as not picking up injuries will be good and going into the new season without injuries will be good.

Then we can say: "Bring on Leicester City, I say!!!"

If Schweinsteiger leaves, who'll get the number 31 shirt? This will be an interesting discussion, that is for sure!!

Facebook's live streaming has always been terrible. Most other sites are fine, but with that there's always buffering, sometimes it's fine, sometimes it's inconsistent, but whenever I'm watching something I'm just waiting for it to lag again.

Them streaming a football game doesn't sound promising.

Telegraph reporting today that Pogba has said he's staying at Juve - it's dragged on way too long now and our season effectively starts in 5 days time.
Time to look at the supposed other 'targets' or just media BS?

I don't think that is what the Telegraph are reporting.

I don't think that is what the Telegraph are reporting.

"Live
Manchester United transfer news and rumours live on Wednesday: Paul Pogba puts move in jeopardy after saying he is staying at Juventus
Following the 'news' that Paul Pogba was just "a matter of hours" away from joining Manchester United, the Juventus midfielder tossed a spanner into the works after telling Italian Football TV that "yeah", he would be staying with the Old Lady of Turin"

Thats the direct quote - so what do you think the paper is saying?
