I'd be surprised if we got rid of any senior players other than Schweinsteiger to be honest. Mourinho seems to have settled on his squad for this season. We'll see a few younger players leave but other than that I think we're pretty much done.

I don't know who would be prepared to take on board Schweinsteiger's huge wages, so we might be stuck with him, unless we somehow help a team by paying a proportion of his wages (I dont know if this still allowed however).

I'm not really into the photo with a sporting person thing. Giggs was on our train this afternoon but I never thought about having my pic taken with him. People do it at book signings. You think "Just piss off and stop holding the queue up!"

Rio Ferdinand posted a short video yesterday of him trying to walk into Wembley and being mobbed by people wanting selfies with him. Its fine if youre a little kid, which he stopped to say hello to and have his pic taken with them, but for an adult? No chance.

If someone sees someone that they admire in an appropriate setting, what is wrong with asking them for a picture? They might never see that person that they admire ever again, and that might be their only opportunity to do so.

Ironic that what was going to be one of the most commercialised signings in football history has had its thunder stolen by a picture of said signing in the humble laundry room with three of the staff.

If I see a famous person out and about I leave them alone. If I'm meant to see them, like a book launch or an event then maybe I'll get a picture or something. But out and about they'll get hassled enough already. I'd rather be respectful and leave them be.

Having said that, I'm saying that now, but if I saw someone I loved like Steven Gerrard then it might be a different story. I think I'd still leave him alone, though. Klopp's a different matter because if you said hi to him you're probably gonna get drunk with him.

I am in agreement with you on the respecting other people's space and privacy, I wouldn't just walk up to them if they looked to be busy, or were eating a meal say.
For me, it would have to be in an appropriate setting or situ, say a book signing, or if you saw them in a ground for exam,places where they would be expecting to be asked for autographs or pictures.
