Administratively it makes total sense and business wise it makes total sense. For the majority of people they would renew it anyway so it takes the hassle away.

As for my operation, sadly it seems what I was hoping for, and what the specialists say is best for me, are two different things, as I saw one yesterday, and they recommended something a bit different from surgery, so I will have to try this process rather than go through a needless surgery according to him.
