Yeah. Why not just wait until the draw is complete, and then post the group?

Sorry, I didn't realise that was the rule of things.
Questions and rules are different things. |

It's not 'a rule'. I think that you've completely failed to understand my post. I asked you a question.
Questions and rules are different things. I have now posted our complete group above this post. |

Okay I will answer your question then, as I was just updating the thread with how our group was panning out.
I have now posted our complete group above this post. I've never heard of that Ukrainian team. |

Thank you.
I've never heard of that Ukrainian team. I wonder when that particular fixture is, so that we can see which games are either side of it for us. |

It is probably the hardest group out of them all to be honest and it isn't great that we have to go to Turkey and the Ukraine on a Thursday night before a league game on the Sunday, but i do believe that if we take the Europa League seriously we have enough quality to qualify for the knock out stages.

Being honest, I did want Dundalk to come out of the pot to complete our group.

Hopefully RvP will get a nice reception at Old Trafford, when he returns there.

If they were still playing at home that'd be an interesting trip as they're the in the Russian annexed portion of Ukraine - a proper warzone.
However they've relocated to Zaporizhia, which is supposedly a lot safer. Though having a quick look on google it looks grim, makes Birkenhead look like Monte Carlo. |

Neither have I, always nice I suppose playing new teams, just a shame that we have a bit of a trek.

They just said it is well over a thousand miles on MUTV, so a heck of a trek, I wonder how many fans will be making that trip out there, as I can still imagine some very hardy soles will be making it! |

It's actually only about half an hour (flying time) different Manchester to Ukraine as to Turkey, both pretty long flights considering the teams that we could have got, that are nearer geographically.

Wow, just reading that it has been quite a while since we last played Fenerbache, it was apparently when Rooney got his debut hattrick!

Yeah, it would have been far better if we could have got for example Dundalk, a lot closer to home, and I think our fans would have had a good time over there, and vice-versa.

Let's see if you can go one week without double or triple or quadruple posting, do you think you can do that? Remember you are breaking the rules by doing so and can be reported for it.Anyways, not a great draw for us, but there's no side there we should fear unduly. Away trips to Turkey are never the best though. |

Were three posts in a row really necessary? I find the constant compalining about you worse than your actual posts but surely you can recognise that three posts in a row, which are largely pointless and irrelevant, is why some people accuse you of hijacking the thread for your own personal blog?

I would love for other people to post, so that it breaks up my posts a bit, but if people are not doing so, then that is not my fault, I can't force anyone to post (nor would I ever want to). |

As always things are always different to different people, but those posts I wouldn't say were irrelevant, or pointless.

Had you triple posted in order to announce, for example, that Mourinho had been sacked, or we had just completed a new signing, that would be fine. Triple posting with inane chatter and random trivia is not fine; it just ruins the thread. The fact you say you want other people to post "so that it breaks up my posts a bit" says everything. If no-one has replied to your previous post, it wasn't worth replying to. This doesn't give you the right to keep posting until someone does. |

No no, it is ABSOLUTELY your fault. Forum etiquette is very clear on this - you do not double or triple post unless it is necessary.

I'd also add that the three posts in question were made within the space of six minutes. That's not exactly giving anyone else much of a chance to 'break up [his] posts a bit'. |

As I say, I cannot force anyone to post, if they do, great, fantastic, but them not doing so, is not a take on how good or bad the last post on the thread was by whomever last posted it. |
