He is on the bench, alongside Miki and Ibra. |

Bastian
I really hope José has changed his mind on him could be a good option for certain gamesOn one hand, I think he was treated appallingly and largely unfairly by Mourinho, who has a habit of making an example out of players just to show he is the boss. On the other hand, when I compare his performances for United last season to his performances for Germany in the Euros, it suggested very heavily that he had simply been phoning it in for United. None of the urgency or desire that he showed for Germany had made any appearance for us. I think Mourinho was foolish to say he would play no part, but I would also put him last in our pecking order. |

Simple solution; I have turned off the volume, good riddance. BT TV vision; MUTV audio. Edit it's all silenced now, the crowd noise and whistling is too annoying.

So frustrating watching United at the moment, we are the better team in most of our games but we simply can't score though today we don't look like scoring as Fenerbache defence looks as if they have us worked out and of course they score a world class goal in the second minute. I hope we can come back and win this one in the second half but somehow i just can't see it.

Well. On the plus side, that's probably the best half I've seen Rooney have in a while despite mucking up that golden chance he had. I wanted Miki to replace Pogba, but Zlatan's intro seems to have made the team as a whole shift gears. Pity Ibra's passing is still off, otherwise we'd be level now.
The longer it stays 1-0 is a worry though. Can easily see Fernabache getting one of our players wound up and off. |

United have 2 CF's on and they are both hopelessly off-form. They have 2FB's on who are not stopping crosses going in and 2 CB's who are not big enough to defend those crosses when they do come. Schneiderlin is as anonymous as only he knows how to be.
Good job it's only Fenerbahce, otherwise..... Wait! What? |

Two shots on target. Two goals. Both brilliant, but still. If only we could get a ratio like that going.....
