This is what we get for playing two strikers who don't deserve to be playing.

Utterly deserved and the manager seemingly doesn't give a hoot about it.

Agreed our strikers are shocking but we have no other options really, i honestly don't know what to suggest with United at the moment, we are not improving if anything we are getting worse.

Martial and / or Rashford up front. Young left wing. Valencia right wing (if fit). Else Lingard.

Can't see why we don't try it. Roo and Ibra just don't cut it.

Watch one score now..

True those are options and like you say Zlatan and Wayne don't cut it, it has to be worth a try.

Been advocating this on the thread for a bit now. But to be fair, the strikers haven't been the only problem today. Shaw has had a bit of a mare.

As if to prove it's not just the striker's fault -that should have been three.

United have 2 CF's on and they are both hopelessly off-form. They have 2FB's on who are not stopping crosses going in and 2 CB's who are not big enough to defend those crosses when they do come. Schneiderlin is as anonymous as only he knows how to be.

Good job it's only Fenerbahce, otherwise.....

Wait! What?
I think it goes beyond form, Ibra is coming to the end of a magnificent career and Rooney is just done.

If we draw it'll be a smash and grab miracle.

Well it was nice of Wayne to give us a bit of hope with that screamer, but we didn't even deserve a draw really. There was no difference between that United and any side under LVG. Things have to change.

One word sums that up pathetic, that is know where near good enough, something needs to change and fast, so annoyed and pissed off with United in general at the moment.

That period between 2-0 and 2-1 was woeful. A number of players went in to hiding, Shaw and Martial in particular were a disgrace.

I would continue to use both, but from the bench. I'd like to see a team built around Pogba, Martial and Rashford. I'd also like to see World peace too....

I think he does though.

Zlatan was a punt and realistically did anyone think Rooney was going to be sent packing in the summer? This season has shown that what was a decline (imo) has gone way beyond that and the odd goal or good performance doesn't mask where he is now. Jose got grief for dropping him despite him being poor for some time, moving him on with that salary and with him being such a high profile player was never going to be easy.

It doesn't help that our wingers offer very little generally either.

If LVG hadn't shipped off all our strikers last season there might be more options than what we have now.

There is more chance of World Peace than Pogba being anything more than the new Veron.

Well... hopefully we move on against Swansea. Cba with saying what I was disappointed with because it's the same flaws. Although, surely the tide has to turn sooner or later

Rooney's first touch is still AWOL
It's been AWOL ever since South Africa.

I never wanted us to let Chicharito or Rafael go. They'd walk into our team right now.

Even if Chicharito was perpetually offside. He still made defenders think.

So our season just goes from bad to worse, not only do we have to sit back and see our rivals take all of the plaudits (and rightfully so) yesterday, we have to watch our team get beaten in Europe.

Just great, what a great few days this has been.

I bet Swansea are quaking in their boots.

Looks like Bob Bradley is going to sign one of your former players

Dimitar Berbatov

I bet he would love to score against his old team

It could be worse he could have signed Ronaldo

Sadly Chico had lost his smile and enthusiasm due to LvG, so letting him go at the time was the right move for both parties.

I was still very sad to see him go though.
