I agree Jo. I find the posts too often relentlessly negative as on the Arsenal thread. Our teams are third and fifth and not 13th or 15th where they have been within my footballing memory. I was born in 1966 and started going to football in 1974.

Yeah, my point was that we've become so used to success that finishing 5th or whatever and possibly winning the FA Cup is seen as failure. I still remember losing the FA Cup to your lot and thinking that was as closest a trophy as we'd ever get. None of us (excluding you and other non-fans) want to go back to those days.

Not all mufc results have been bad this season. I think the two North London results were the worst. I was disappointed to see certain folk on this thread say earlier this season that the season was over and even that more poor results would force Lvg out.
