Why the hell is the big tree still in?
Because he won't make like a tree and get out of here?

Carrick showing tonight why he should never be played in defence again, he has been terrible.

A manager who's lost the plot and a gutless, spineless rabble of players.

Our last couple of games are exactly why I was totally unmoved after winning three games on the trot

This is the real United now, unfortunately.

If LVG stays beyond the summer then I hope Woodward follows him out the door.

Wow we are even making Origi look dangerous.
Seriously, do you ever think before you post? Another player who's not even a bad player. You're not making Origi look dangerous, he's just actually a good player.

I can't see him surviving this.

That has to be the final nail in LvG's coffin now, there is surely no way he can carry on next season after that.

Sack the board.
If they don't get rid of LVG at the end of the season then they deserve sacking the decline since Sir Alex has been embarrassing especially considering the money we have spent. Moyes was the wrong man and LVG is past his best as a manager. We need a new approach, something needs to change otherwise it will take us years to get back to the top.

Munch, I know you dont have an official second team, but would you say if you did, then it would be Man United because of the friendships that you have made in this forum?

Sadly i can, until the end of the season at least. LVG should of gone in December it is a disgrace he has lasted this long.

Fellaini with an elbow there. He can follow the flat faced bastard out the door too.

No, why would you think that? Seems an odd question. A Liverpool fan isn't going to have Man United as a second team because they happen to get along with some Man United fans.

Feyenoord is as close to a second team I have.

That's possibly the most inept United performance at Anfield ever, even worse than the day we capitulated and lost the league there. So glad Mata is out of Sunday's game, he's been useless over the last month or so. Our midfield of late has been as soft as butter, and our passing is all over the place, it's just not acceptable.

2-0 is not insurmountable, but rather than being a hill in the Pennines, we've got to cross a mountain in the Alps next Thursday.

Nothing to say, we all knew before this that LVG hasn't worked out and nothing is going to change that between now and the end of the season. We won't win a thing this season and I seriously doubt we'll make the top 4. Sooner he goes the better.

The gigantic black hole in the middle of the pitch must be corrected, otherwise defeats like this will simply continue.

Don't understand why we haven't stuck with the Arsenal line up. It worked better than the shite we've had recently.

Not a surprising result.

And that's the sad thing about it.

Knew we would go into it with a negative, defensive mindset, relying on De Gea to keep us in the tie and hope to nick a goal.

Van Gaal is not the man for the job, but neither is that team. That is not a title or cup winning side and I fully expect us to be duffed by West Ham at the weekend as well - a team who actually, y'know, attacks and stuff.

Unfortunately I suspect he will survive until all hope is mathematically extinguished. He won't be here next season, not a chance.
