I don't see what it will add there's enough villains/psychos around at the moment. I watched regularly in his original stint and found him a decent character. He returned during years I was only watching sporadically but the general consensus would appear to be that he wasn't very good in both of his returns. Also he was killed off at the end of his first stint with no doubt surrounding his death so I've always found it preposterous that they brought him back after the fire in the first place.

Aw Whispering Warren Fox!

Can't see the point of bringing him back though. I always saw Trevor as almost a carbon copy of Warren, and you don't really need two. Unless the guy who plays Trevor is leaving.

Shame they didn't keep Jamie on EE, he was quite good on that.

I expect they'll trash the character and make us all wish he hadn't come back (which seems to be happening with Silas).

I thought the actor was trying to make it in America?

More gangster story lines, oh joy ...not.

So is Trevor leaving, retiring from gangsterness, teaming up with Warren or being his adversary?

If Warren returns for any length of time it might be interesting to see if there is any mention of his brother Spencer or a reappearance.

I disagree that theres enough. The only character similar to Warren is Trevor and Foxy and Brendan were a great double act.

Oh great I'm not looking forward to this as the only times I liked Warren is when he cared for his sister Katy and his friendship with Theresa.

I wonder if he will mention his sister this time as I don't think she's been mentioned at all since she left in 2008?

I don't think he's really needed because we have Trevor but I'm interested in seeing them in scenes together. Rather than have them be enemies, I'd like if they turned out to be old friends or something.

Hmmm. Not overjoyed about this. I never really got why he was popular, and found him quite tireseom even in his first stint and hated how they brought him back from the dead.

As mentioned, Trevor is very similar but much better.

Hollyoaks already has Trevor who is a much better version of Warren. Seem unnecessary.

I agree, I've never liked the character and can't understand why they are bringing him back, he doesn't really have any links to existing characters with maybe the exception of Mercedes.

And Theresa. He was another one inexplicably in love with her, helping to deliver Kathleen Angel. But she's leaving soon again isn't she?

Think the point might be to try to lure back some of the long-term viewers who've abandoned the show in recent years. Same with Silas.

But frankly I'd rather stick a fork in my leg than watch Bryan Kirkwood crap all over any more of my memories.

Of course, Theresa as well. I believe she is leaving soon, although it hasn't been made clear whether it is a permanent departure or just a short break like last time.
