NFL ended up being the only reason I paid for Sky Sports in the end, so I can ditch the whole lot now, magic.
Same here and for the last three seasons.
Won't ditch it though, I like to watch the full games on Sundays

Romo injured again

Cowboys coach Jason Garrett announced Saturday that starting quarterback Tony Romo underwent an MRI on Friday that revealed a broken bone in his back, per David Helman of the team's official website.

Garrett labeled Romo "day-to-day" and refused to give a timetable for his return, but NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported that the quarterback's "best-case scenario" is returning by mid-season after suffering a compression fracture of his vertebrae, per a source informed of the situation.

I think Romo is more or less finished isn't he? He doesn't seem to be able to stay fit for more than 5 minutes.

Colin Kaepernick has made himself very popular as well. Classic rebuke from Drew Brees.

Yeah, it's a shame with Romo but I think all the defences target him now (even in pre-season !)

I missed what Brees said

Thanks. Hard to disagree with his thoughts

It will be interesting to see what the owners do and whether thy will put pressure on him to stop his protest

They want rid of him anyway, now I imagine any fans who were on his side have swiftly changed sides. Disrespecting the flag in the U.S. is huge.

Never quite understand the fascination with anthems, though I recognise I'm in a minority in that opinion.

I do think it's pretty rich that people are demanding Kaepernick conforms when the anthem talks about it being the 'land of the free'. Isn't that what people fought for, so people are free to express their own opinions without being told what they must think?

Also it's just hilarious that Donald Trump has weighed in and told Kaep that if he doesn't like America he should 'go and find another country'. Trump who has spent the last several months telling anyone who would listen how America has gone to shit and needs to be fixed by him.

The hyper-nationalism around American sport is very off putting. Even Simone Biles was criticised for not putting her hand on her heart during the Olympics.

I'm feeling causiously optimistic about the upcoming season for my beloved Titans. Mariota is getting a lot of good press and things around the franchise look more positive than they have been for long time. I'm hoping they can improve to around 9-7 or 10-6 but I'm not even going to mention the 'P' word in case jinxes things lol.

Seahawks and Cardinals look good in the NFC. Patriots and Steelers in the AFC.

Hopefully a couple of championship games without Seahawks and pats... Would love to see Bengals getting past first play off game...

No idea on a prediction!

Would love it to be the Broncos again but think it's a big ask.

Not very often the Broncos are odds against at home but they are tonight.

Liked what I saw from Siemian. Threw it short for the second INT and had two on the night but take into account this was against a damn good Panthers defense who were pressuring him all night long, this was one of the toughest games he could have started with. Made some good decisions under extreme pressure and threw the ball well for the most part.
