Do you mean the Euro Data Pass? The EE website is a mess when it comes to finding out information, but isn't it £4 for normal plans and £3 for EE Extra plans? As such, I'd be very disappointed to learn you can't have it on the discounted deal, as it's still advertised as EE Extra.
I've tried sending the code to 150 and not had any response positive or negative yet. The website says it could take 24 hours, but surely you'd get some acknowledgement?! |

Yeah, the plan is an 'Extra' Plan so the data pass at £3.00 should be able to be applied. The £4.00 is for non-extra plans.
I can't go adding every option to see what works and what doesn't! |

I hope this is a mistake and will be fixed, as I'd not be happy to find that this (or anything else) is restricted. I mean, how many other surprises could there be?

Completely agree. I mean, how can you forget to apply the discount too? I'm starting to worry that I've made a bad mistake. If this is what it's like at the beginning, how will things be down the line?
Now bear in mind that like other community forums, I am fully expecting 95% of comments to be along the lines of 'well what do you expect if you're getting a discount' and the suggestion that I shouldn't be greedy etc. But we'll wait and see. |

Apparently you're supposed to send the text 24 hours before you go abroad, and once set it charges you if you use data. Rather like the way Vodafone does it.
It even says you don't need to opt out when you return, which is just as well because I couldn't even find the text code to send on the page. |

Is anyone else having problems with their mobile internet on EE today? It's not working properly for me. I can't get these forums to work at all on mobile data. Almost nothing is working for me.

Tried calling up EE to see if there was a problem on their end but they hung up on me. Not sure what's going on. |

EE Broadband (ADSL and Fibre) and EE 4G were buggered from around 10:20 - 10:50. DNS servers down but even using IP latancy was too great for VPN to work. All good since then.

I was using EE MBB and it all stopped for a bit, around the same time.

Yep - they have had problems this morning - my Vonage phones keeled over at about the same time as they couldn't connect.

Made a VOLTE call on 800 MHz earlier. iPhone 6S Plus at Gypsy Hill station in south London. Can't be too long to an official announcement surely...?
