Haha, that'd be one to invent! Doubt it's even possible though!
I mean, if I wanted to drive north and south at the same time, I'd end up going nowhere!
Nice idea though

Haha, I don't think that'd be driving though, if you're going in all directions at once, you'd stay where you was!
Though if my S4 flicked 2G off every time the 3G signal was either very weak, or substantially weaker than 2G, then I wouldn't be dropping back to 2G (when 3G is still usable) and all would be bliss!

Or maybe it's because I tend to use the car radio when out and about instead of streaming. Oh and WhatsApp and BBM work over 2G just fine.
*tongue firmly out of cheek now... maybe*”
How strange... Why does mine drop to 2G then? Alright, sometimes 3G can be quite weak, but I'd rather use a weak 3G signal than a strong 2G one. My old Galaxy Ace Plus (and that is an old phone!) got it right - it switched down to 2G when little to no 3G was available, and as soon as 3G was available, the Ace Plus went to 3G. That would be awesome, as you'd only be falling back to 2G when absolutely necessary, and staying on 3G most of the time. That means good reliability on streaming apps such as Tunein. And yes, FM is preferred for radio, but in some areas of the UK, there just isn't the choice of radio stations about (Radio 1-4, local BBC and Heart isn't exactly much choice...) - hence the requirement for tunein to work.
I like to make calls as well, but I also like data to work nicely, and for streaming media to work when required.

“I don't get the "3G love" at all, it inefficient and suffers cell breathing. Yes, it has HD Voice, which is nice.. IF you only phone people on the same network. Which many don't. Having spoken to many people about their phone use, the overwhelming respose is "we don't care about HD Voice, we just want to be able to make a call". 2G works well for that, as does VoLTE on compatible devices no doubt.
Forget 3G and go 2G/4G only. Now I shall wait for the moans of "it's horrible voice quality!" .. again..”
Until HD Voice is actually put on to 2G, then I'm still standing by my 3G call quality. Most of the calls I make are to people on EE or Virgin (which use the EE network), so I can take advantage of HD Voice, And even when not using HD Voice, calls sound nice and clear through 3G.
2G/4G would be a disaster for non-4G devices, effectively rendering them obsolete. And even on devices that do 4G, unless it also does VoLTE call quality is going to suffer. Ouch.

Not bad, not bad at all! Though is that single speed or double speed? It looks very similar to speeds on single speed areas, i.e. 30 down/15 up.
