Terry was speaking about Simon earlier and he descibed him as an actor. I think calling him a waiter (although he had done that at one time) was a tad misleading.
Simon was toe-curlingly embarassing on HK tonight when he was evicted. "You haven't seen the last of me, no, no, you haven't seen the last of me."

Yes, it was extremely cringeworthy wasn't it?
Did you see the bit after Angus showed him his highlights video clip, Simon more or less said he was amazing and started giving himself a round of applause?
It wasn't just him giving himself a round of applause, he was turning round to the diners in the restaurant while he was clapping in a vain attempt to get them to give him a round of applause too.
It's been a farcical show. Ruined even more if some of them are actors.
As though they are in it to win the chance to run a restaurant.
They don't apear to give a f**k about food, Simon can't even cook.

When I saw the bit of Simon saying "Is this the yolk?" I couldn't believe it! He should be locked up for that alone. I can just hear Cousin Eric giving Simon advice: "Bubala, get yourself on a couple of TV shows and you're made. You got the talent!"

Just to set everyone straight about Simon. I really don't like reality TV, and this show was dull as dishwater, but I watched some of it to see my old boss Simon.
As you have debated, yes he's an actor. He lied to the production company to get on the show. But much worse than that he's a crook, a rip-off merchant and a bully.

I used to work for him and it's all true. He owes thousands to struggling actors, as well as various other people in the profession. If you know any actors, warn them NEVER to work for him or his companies - SG Productions or (formerly) The Production Crew.
