I recently changed ISP going from TalkTalk to BT and while I'm pretty satisfied with the service, it seems almost impossible to contact them by phone!

My girlfriend want to get connected and she is also looking at BT she has a problem though in that she has no landline and it must be a good ten years since her rented house had a landline

Who does she contact. She'd wil be after the phone line coming into the house, taking a landline with BT, an unlimited broadband package, and she is also prepared to switch her mobile to a BT PAYG

What's the cost now for having a line installed and given the above what sort of deal should she be looking for? She is registered as disabled will this make a difference cost or time wise?

Many thanks as always for your advice.

You do it all on-line and it will tell you the deals available and the install costs including new line. https://www.productsandservices.bt.c...band-packages/

Just follow their on-line process and she will see all the costs involved before committing (or not).

I've spoken to BT a few times recently and not found it impossible at all, just googled contact BT and then gave the number a call.

As soulboy77 says it's just as easy via online, just select a package then fill out the address info and book an engineer appointment.
