So is there any suggestions that Miss Quill will turn out to be Barbara - kept eternally young through her travels with the Doctor, as suggested in the Sarah Jane Adventures?
I doubt it to be honest. She's probably just a morally grey character like Ashildr was in Series 9. Don't there will be a connection to Ian/Barbara with her or the student characters.
