I think those YouTube clips are from a 20 minute interview with Whats on Stage this morning, because Theatre Royal Plymouth posted it on their Facebook. The BAT director was there too.

Her performances were live streamed on Facebook this morning apparently, I loved 'Dying Day', hadn't heard it before

Yes agree about Kara and Matt (even though he did return to EastEnders) he has now left again. Also Jill Halfpenny and Tom Chambers used winning Strictly as a platform to further their careers on stage and TV. I would expect a couple of current or former soap actors this year.

Such a shame though, that when the celebs get on well the urge is still to storyline tension and nastiness, which can spill over into totally unnecessary fan warz.

I obviously wasn't on here last series but the rumour initially spread about her in media articles (she was an ice maiden with a superior attitude and b**ch to to the other contestants who apparently she refused to talk to) took on a life of it's own in newspaper comments sections and on social media. That seemed to become Helen's story to a lot of people and they didn't bother to look further.

As well as her strong friendship with Aljaz she had a good rapport with Zoe too which meant the real natural, relaxed, warm, down to earth and funny Helen came across in her ITT interviews.

Ignoring career boosts, must be either
Jimi Mistry - got a wife,
or Ben Cohen - getting a new baby.

There is going to be a human being on this Earth who would not be here, if Ben had not been partnered with Kristina.

O/T but it happened to me in a way.
I was working in a company with two divisions, I decided to move to a new position in the other division.
The guy they took on to replace me, met and married someone who also worked there, and they had two kids. They would not have existed had I not decided on a change of jobs.

Jimi and Flavia are a lovely couple who have a wonderful story to tell about how they met on Strictly.

I know I've said it before but I'm going to miss Kristina as a pro on on the show. I hope she's ignoring any negative coverage and concentrating on her excitement, sure she'll be a fantastic Mum.

Just read a Thread posted under the Showbiz Forum about Kelly Brooke getting engaged again she seems to have jumped from engagement to engagement since being on Strictly, but apparently she has never been married though.

I agree 100% regarding Kristina.

I know we don't know, nor do we need to know, what happened and how/when Ben and Kristina got together. I've noticed that she has been very quiet on Twitter and I am glad because she really was subjected to the worst of trolliness (new word). One of my gripes with her was that she wouldn't condemn those ghastly Strictly Girls (hideous Twitter account which frequently told Abbey Cohen to "get a life"). I suppose, in fairness, she wanted to keep anyone who was actively pro her on side so wouldn't do it. In my heart of hearts I can't really believe she thought that was a nice or fair thing to say. I do wish her, Ben, Abbey and the girls happiness, peace and closure (I'm sure they've all been waiting on the edge of their seats for my seal of approval )

I have a lot of sympathy for Abby, she and Ben were together a long time and they have children together. And my answer to anyone who comes out with 'you can't help who you fall in love with' would be no but you can help how you conduct yourself and treat people with honesty and respect.

However I feel Kristina particularly has taken a lot of undeserved criticism. She's a lovely lady and I rated her highly on the show. It's such a special time for her now and I hope when the time comes she can just focus on her new baby and enjoy her happiness.

Yes, she received a huge amount of frankly vile abuse and no-one deserves that whatever the situation. I think one of the issues is that the more "dedicated" fans are so determined to see their favourite in a good light that they sometimes turn that adoration into a hate campaign against anyone who highlights the fact that their idol has feet of clay.

Yeah and I think it's important to see that for what it is, take no notice and keep being true to and confident in yourself though I know that's easy for me to say when I'm not a celeb and I'm not dealing with it on a regular basis and in the public eye.

I thought Helen had a good attitude towards it all through her comments in that interview I posted recently. She's honest that the level of the negativity shocked her to begin with and that it has made her more wary, but doesn't resort to personal insults and seems philosophical about the darker side of social media.

She's obviously used to media attention and doing lots of publicity for CTM but it must be very different going from being part of what she describes as feeling like a rep company and being interviewed about your character's plotlines, being recognised as Trixie, to putting yourself out there as yourself and suffering personal criticism. She is very professional though and as we've said before knows how to maintain her privacy.

It was lovely to see her at the Baftas presenting and up on stage with the Strictly team. I keep looking for all the snippets I can find about the filming of the new CTM series

I couldn't agree more on all counts. She must have been through a hard time following splitting with her husband but she kept her dignity/privacy by saying absolutely nothing about him or the situation and certainly not bad mouthing him (or allowing others to do so on her behalf). I didn't expect to like Helen as much as I did - I thought she was going to be a bit of an airhead if I'm honest but I couldn't have been more wrong.

High Street Fashion Awards, I can imagine she'd be a popular model for some high street brands and catalogues....if she's interested in doing that as well as acting.

Totally agree. I didn't know anything about Helen before and now I think she is beautiful inside and out. I like people who are naturally beautiful, like Alesha, Fearne Cotton and Helen. Most of the others look good after a nose job and dental work.

That's a lovely thing to say about Helen Sarah I really liked Fearne's dress on Sunday night and she looked beautiful. She should do Strictly!
