From some random, no-talent son of a celeb? More nepotism in the television industry I see... no ta...

I actually quite liked Melvin and Rochelle. Better than most they've had on there... (except Konnie who was UTTER gold).

The best thing to do would be to cut the programme I used to like it but I just don't think it's very necessary nowadays

Roman is actually a good presenter. He is has his own show on capital fm and he's presents a few shows aswell. He's the fun sort of presenter that suits Xtra factor. Surprised they are going with him as I was expect Marcus and Alfie (Youtubers) to be rumoured as they have been rumoured last year and I've noticed they seem to be regulars on Saturday night takeaway aswell now.

They also met with Jim Chapman and Joe Sugg. It might be too much of a gamble with no experience of live tv

This is why I think Alfie and Marcus are on SNT as it live yes I know they are not presenting but they are getting some live tv experience. I see Marcus more like able than joe sugg and don't think that Jim would suit xtra factor. Alfie and Marcus are a good pairing

Rylan coming to xtra factor? I could see Simon giving him the xtra factor job.

I would have thought someone like Laura Whitmore would have been a good choice, but perhaps she's too committed to the I'm a Celeb spinoff show?

Thry were more fun and entertaining to watch than Caroline and Olly was on the main show.

I think Joe and Jim would be better than Marcus and Alfie, Jim has done a lot of red carpet and radio/tv presenting jobs recently (his bbc3 show was great), and Joe is more likeable than the others and is naturally charismatic and funny. I think Marcus could work with Jim also but not Alfie he has no presenting experience at all and seemed to freeze on SNT whereas Marcus seemed more confident and relaxed.

I do like Melvin and Rochelle I think they work very well together, and it seems like ITV have big plans for Rochelle so I'd assume she was moving to bigger role/another show if she was axed.

Yeah wouldn't surprise me if Rochelle moved over to the voice to present it with Marvin. I think the xtra factor replacement will be someone new and younger and fresher

Rochelle only just turned 27! Today actually.

I've always found Rochelle very insincere as a presenter, but I think it's a bit ridiculous that they seem obsessed with constantly changing every element of the show. It reminds me of the phrase a poor workman blames his tools.

Alfie is 22 and Marcus is 24 so by younger I mean under 25 I'm thinking they are going for a youthful look to the show this time. I can see Marcus being the Caroline to Alfie's Olly. I can see Louis T getting the judging spot. I don't think that it's 100% about dermot hosting imo I can't see him hosting. I think the show will focus on their main audience which is the younger audience.
