Just been confirmed I will be hosting dinner with 4 of my friends on Easter Sunday.

I would like to cook beef, lamb shanks with mint sauce, mashed sweet potatoes, green beans, roasted asparagus with parmesan melted on top, yorkshire pudding,
Cauliflower cheese
Lobsters and burgers
Carrot cake
Cheese cake

Blimey, Skyler - that is some feast!!
I'm afraid Easter Sunday lunch will be like every other Easter Sunday since time immorial in our household:

Roast leg of lamb (with garlic and rosemary inserted into meat), mint sauce
Roast potatoes, parsnips, with whatever seasonal vegetables I have on hand - usually kale or cabbage, carrots, peas.
Dessert of rhubarb crumble with home-made custard.

We do not have a starter because we have a high tea of Simnel cake, small savouries like cucumber sandwiches, sausage rolls and cheese scones at about 7pm.

And that, folks, is that.

Everyone likes my cooking and they always like to take some food home with them so I have to cook a lot.
