Blimey, Skyler - that is some feast!!
I'm afraid Easter Sunday lunch will be like every other Easter Sunday since time immorial in our household: Roast leg of lamb (with garlic and rosemary inserted into meat), mint sauce Roast potatoes, parsnips, with whatever seasonal vegetables I have on hand - usually kale or cabbage, carrots, peas. Dessert of rhubarb crumble with home-made custard. We do not have a starter because we have a high tea of Simnel cake, small savouries like cucumber sandwiches, sausage rolls and cheese scones at about 7pm. And that, folks, is that. |
