I imagine him being my life coach, I'm a stresser, he would really calm me down.
I love the shots of him lying on the floor waiting for his fougasse to bake

It won't be the same without Mel & Sue
I know, they hold this show and the bakers together, so sad

The standard doesn't seem as high as in previous series.

No one seems to be coming to the forefront this series, they all making lots of errors.

Good, boring when it's predictable

It's something that we've picked up on also. So many dodgy bakes and basic errors, and this is week 6.

It's the weakest collection of bakers the show has had by far. Still entertaining, but not as impressive/enticing as earlier series.

The show was always about quality as well as fun.

Why does Tom set my teeth on edge? Don't like his bakes, and he is not my sort of personality.

Andrew was lucky today, and I think Rav only went because he has been not so good for a few weeks.

Well done Selasi - that cake was A-rated.

I know we have had the odd disaster in previous series - like ice-cream cake week but when I look back at this series there seems to have been a complete disaster every episode. There is no gadgetry, inventiveness or real flair in this series.

Tom just about earned star baker, but think Selasie would have deserved it too.

Really hoping for a male winner this year.

Candice's showstopper and signature bakes both looked a bit messy / OTT to me. Maybe she's trying too hard

I agree completely with this.

I couldn't understand why Paul thought Candice was a contender for star baker, her first two bakes were mediocre at best and the showstopper was just a mess. ( but she's young and attractive so she's always going to be at sn advantage with Paul)
