I love those little Portuguese ones made with flaky pastry. They sell them at the Co-op, of all places.
Sainsbury's up here were selling them yesterday.

Ooh, friend of mine who goes to Portugal raves about the ones they get there. Never have, so never tried them. I'll have to have a look.
They're called Pasteis de Nata apparently (in their native country). Prepare for the Co-op to sell out tomorrow!

We've got a Portuguese cafe near work.
Jamie Oliver made them with puff pastry and tinned custard. They looked ok.
He called them Belems think that's the area in Lisbon where they were first made.
