No need for Mary and Paul to be so 'smart' on the first challenge!
Yeah. I mean, she messed up but that seemed a bit over the top. But then Paul does do that sometimes each series.

I agree. I suspect some have a lot more experience than we're told.
Why? Someone who does a lot of home baking should have no problem making a good genoise and a mirror glaze, and how to make cakes look good
