I like what Paul said about going back to basics but wonder if they will stick to it. For me, there's been too much emphasis on creating fantastic creations masquerading as cakes.

These are NOT Drizzle Cakes!

Good old Beeb. Nearly all ethnic and age boxes ticked. Just missing someone from the Far East. (Come to think of it, hardly had any contestants from that part of the world in past shows. Not big on baking perhaps.)
