Me too - love the pork scratching!!!
I'll be honest and say apart of the giant Yorkshire you can get in the pub filled with sausage, mash and peas I have never heard of a filled Yorkshire pudding.
Mind you as a kid my mom use to make a huge Yorkshire that would be left to go cold and sliced up and we would have golden syrup or ice cream on it - yummy!!
