Erm unless I've missed something, surely a standard pancake batter is the same as a York pud one (ok u can add sugar for a sweet pancake)

Slightly suspect challenge as it's very subjective. That said I like to eat lots of thin pancakes.

It's the same recipe,just a bit thinner, well it is in our house. and, I don't put sugar in mine.
