Noel Taylor phoned in for the first time last night on talkRADIO. I'm guessing he hadn't phoned him since Absolute. Iain got Kath speak to him on her own and even got Kath to take the main desk so Iain didn't speak to him at all. He didn't know her name though so probably hasn't been listening much, if at all. Earlier in the show Iain had already caught out Alan Caddick as someone who just phones up and doesn't listen to the show.
After midnight Iain played his hit, "Ooh a Party". https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=839uL3owN5Q which I thought was a really good tune at the time and I actually paid for it on iTunes. |

Nigel from Maidstone mentioned the other night that he had an accident whilst out on his bicycle. I remember him almost boasting to Mike Graham many years ago about the amount of compo he's received in the past for previous 'accidents'
Does anyone know what night Sam / Emma phonedn in when she got rumbled? I want to listen to it on YouTube. |

Just like the night before, Iain got Clarissa (Kath) to talk to Noel again last night. I must say she was on top form on that call.

I missed the memo. What was the scam? I want to believe it's just that Emma was advised not to call in again but she did, under another name.

I'mm not sure about this either. All that happened is that she said she was Sam, and that she was calling from Kent. Then when asked what she wanted to say she hung up.
There are several ways to interpret that. If she was in distress she may havebecome too nervous to talk about it. That happens. Helplines get several callers who put the phone down every week. Some don't even go as far as to say their names and locations. Some don't even say hi. |

Whoever it was phoning in as Sam, Iain and Kath weren't having any of it. So if it was 'Emma', clearly there've been some unpleasant developments.
That said, didn't Iain say Emma had called him on previous stations? |

It sounded as if she was getting off on the attention she was receiving. Maybe taking calls straight to air isn't such a good idea. He had to leave absolute when he was threatened by an unhinged individual. Best thing Iain can do is learn a good form of self defence like Krav Maga. It would get him fit, improve his self confidence and ultimately he'd be able to defend himself and family from mentalists. |

Emma/Sam may not be the owner of the Twitter account. The call I heard was ended by the caller and not after Iain said anything that may have made her want to end the call.
The caller has a beautiful voice. She doesn't sound like somebody who would hurt a fly. |

Iains said on Twitter that she is now stalking him and sending him threatening messages. He says she's unwell but will name her and go to the police if he has to.

Emma also calls Simon Lederman on Radio London, and, like Iain, he is always sympathetic and helpful towards her. It even moved somebody to write into the Radio Times about it: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CgAiRCbXIAAumso.jpg
If all these rumours about her are true maybe he should be warned. Iain has just tweeted that the bosses at Talk are phoning the police tonight, after all... |

He hasn't said they're phoning about Emma. The Twitter person could be completely unconnected. He has had all sorts of problems with people on Twitter ever since the TalkRadio era began.
Iain Lee has threatened to name people on Twitter and on air. Thatt seems unprofessional to me and could backfire, especially if the person is mentally fragile. Contacting the police, as has apparently happened, seems the most sensible course of action. |

Black and white Bill and Ben should remind you of your youth - flobadob Sleeps. ![]() I didn't realise yer man from LOD was one of yours - he's a crackin wee actor but Adrian Dunbar is the best of the lot. My friend works in the office building where it's filmed. I recognised lots of the locations in tonight's show. I liked Pearl Jam but I miss Bad Wolf the most.

I think the stalker could be one of three people. These being Tommy Boyd, Alan Caddick, or Howard Hughes! Then again it could just be that fruit loop who keeps wanting to kill herself! Poor cow...
