I thought when Iain said on the radio "I can't do this for much longer" he was joking around a bit, however after seeing the periscope footage during the break i really felt sorry for him. He seemed really serious by it and it looked like something he had been thinking for a while not an off the cuff comment. He did openly say that night he was struggling and that he nearly didn't come in so hopefully it was just a rough week for him and his mental health improves for him.”
Just to make it straight from the off I really do like Iain Lee and his show I only started listening to him when he joined talkRADIO, I knew of him but up to that point I had never heard him do a show.
My impressions on him before joining talkRADIO was that he was a bit of a dick, full of himself and mouthy BUT after listening to a few weeks of his show and watching it also on Periscope I realised I was wrong and under all the frontage there's a very decent guy rammed with a talent for radio like not many others and wholly entertaining.
Sadly it seems he's a very troubled man and I never knew that before talkRADIO started up, I know there are thousands out there on twitter that like him and I don't think he should quit twitter because of a hundred spiteful thick keyboard warriors he should just block them.
If your reading this Iain please carry on regardless and just completely ignore the tw@*$ in this life.
