Just listening this morning.

I was an LBC/Absolute fan of Iain (have all those shows on my NAS at home) but never bothered with 3CR as it wasnt my type of "Iain" radio. So great to hear Sheila again, Rob Burnett and the Pradeeps - brings back memories. Wonder if Eloise and Chris were listening?!

10 till 1 now its Iain instead of LBC! Great stuff.
Eloise said on twitter earlier that she hadn't listened since Absolute finished because it would make her sad

... but she's going to try and listen to the podcasts

Iain's prank call on Sheila from Cockfosters in 2006.

Just downloaded the official podcast only 19 minutes long, I was expecting a bit more.

Only really get the chance to listen on the train and a bit at night so if I start listening to whole shows I'll probably end up way to many episodes behind.

I find Listen Again on the app adequate for listening on the move. I listened to the last hour on the way to work this morning using the app and didn't even bother using my own recording.

The files are tiny because of the low bitrate. 6.9 MB per half hour.

I'm presuming there's no way to listen back to the full show at all on a daily basis? Aside from that YouTube link from yesterday?

The "best of" available on the Talk Radio site was very disappointing. What I heard, I liked, but so little of it!

http://podcasts.comli.com/lee.php: obviously you'll need some kind of podcast app.

When talking to Jonny and Ash, Iain said he was told not to slag off other radio stations.

He seems to be obeying it so far. I don't think I've ever heard more radio stations mentioned on one station than what we heard yesterday, not just from Iain, but from Jon Holmes and Sam Delaney too.

Nice to hear Yassar back. I'm pretty sure he called up Absolute at some point.

Also Chavvy Vicki's daughter Jessica did her first independent call about the horse.

How did you find that?

edit: just seen it, it's the link underneath the time in the schedule listing.

Go to the schedule, choose the day and click on any show that is labelled "Listen Again".

Yes, it was right in front of me.

If you right click on the player when it's playing you can download the mp3s.

(I then used a conversion program called 'Video to Video' to join them into one file).

That horse is out of this world beautiful, I've never seen anything like it.
I loved Iain's special song/serenade for the horse.

Sleeps, my darling, how in the world are you?

This is a throwback for us - posting on a radio thread.

And you won't be whipping our butts anytime soon, fella.
