Agree, although I'm not sure either how much he wanted to hear their feedback or whether he will actually change.
He seemed to have a rather stereotyped smoothy radio presenter mode of speaking.
I know Ian was doing a stop-start appraisal and I'm no expert on demo tapes but it all sounded a bit of a mess to me.
PS I love the show overall and especially when Kath is on - she's got a wonderful attitude to life and a very witty sense of humour.
Also, I think there have been some superb interviews Iain has done, like the one with the guy two had written about Jerry Lewis.
