I've downloaded it, but will listen to it tomorrow.

I hope I enjoy it. I liked Pillowtalk and It's You. I'd love it he went full R&B as I think his voice suits it, but I know he can't alienate the pop fans so I hope this still appeals to me.

I reckon his album will go No.1 in both the UK and US once it's released. Really was a good move for him not mess around and go straight to making music as soon as he left 1D.

With most of the songs I felt just like with Pillowtalk - it starts interesting, the melody and production are great but then it lacks something half way through, the songs are VERY repetitive most of the time (I feel like that with Rear View, Wrong, Drunk,Fool For You). All of the album in general just sounds samey to me. The only excellent thing about it is a really great production, and some good melodies here and there.

I am not saying this is a bad album, its just that it is not anything great either, just a decent debut. By how he repeated a few times how he went personal and how people's stories inspired him, I expected something a bit more than this lyrically, something more meaningful, some of that #realmusic.

But I do want to know on what was he on when he wrote Lucozade - what does he even mean half of the time there is no connection. It is like he put random thoughts in this song, or even worse - maybe he tried to sound deep but failed (at least in my opinion). It just sounds like he took too much of that intellectual weed he has been mentioning in the media.

Lucazade does feel like freestyle but I like it. I tend not to listen to an album in a linear fashion, I tend to be attracted to titles, so I didn't get the whole samey feel some are getting.

It's solid for a debut. He's EP so he funded it himself. I think if this does reasonably well he'll be able to work with others that can expand.

There are better songs on there than PT. Early reviews are promising.
