Installed an LCD upstairs in my bedroom today, issue being, I only have a co-ax TV arial feeding this room. Downstairs is flooded by HDMI eminating from my SKY HD box.

Will be a nightmare to run a 10 or 15metre HDMI cable downstairs to the HDMI splitter/amp directly below this room, so is there any way of sending HDMI over wifi, some kind of dongle rx/tx affair?

I tried them video senders many moons ago and there were rubbish. Signal cut out when I put my microwave on, so not into them at all. But times have moved on, so anybody any ideas of what better systems are available thesedays?

What do you mean by 'flooded by HDMI'?

Not exactly sure what you're trying to do, are you wanting to watch Sky on your upstairs TV? It so then how will you control your Sky box from upstairs?

Give these a try: http://www.amazon.co.uk/StarTech-HDM.../dp/B013HT6S56

Or sign up to Sky Multiscreen.

By flooded by HDMI, I mean I have 3 TVs all connected by HDMI to my Sky box, all downstairs.

Yes, I want to watch Sky upstairs. I will control the Sky box from upstairs by having a Sky magic eye on the end of the co-ax cable, as I already do. But I want an HDMI quality signal.

Just search for HDMI over coax, a kit should cost you about £25.
