Cannot do update on my iPad
My iPad keeps telling me there is a software update but every time I try to install it it says I am not connected to the Internet so to retry or remind later but same just keeps happening over and over.
Can anyone help? |

Can anyone help? Have you tried restarting the iPad by holding down the power and home buttons? Have you tried rebooting your router? |

Yes, I had this problem. There's a problem with 9.3 apparently which Apple are addressing. In the mean time I followed the instructions on this page to delete the update. http://www.walesonline.co.uk/whats-o...nable-11102444
Did you get yours updated in the end? |

Having the exact same problem with my iPhone. Says I'm not connected to the Internet to complete the update, even though I am. I've restarted a couple of times, a few re-attempts but no joy, OP.

If you have iTunes installed on a computer you should be able to update the iPad using that. Just plug the iPad into the computer and fire up iTunes (if it doesn't start automatically) Once it has connected to your iPad it should tell you there is an update available and prompt to install it.
The computer downloads the update and copies it over to the iPad so should get round this issue with doing on the iPad itself. |

I don't think I have installed the software update at all and it isn't showing in the list so do I need to do this? I really want to avoid losing all my wifi passwords if I can.
Did you get yours updated in the end? Anyway, I've re-downloaded the update this evening and it's installed ok. At no point did I have to change wifi passwords. I did need to put my iCloud password in though to activate iOS 9.3 Hope that helps.

I followed the directions given via that webpage upthread, but there wasn't anything to delete. Restarted iPhone and the update is now installing okay. Good luck with yours OP.

So do you have it backed up and do you have all your passwords documented somewhere?
No gizmo is guaranteed to be 100% reliable and you must have some sort of backup ether through iCloud or iTunes. Assuming you have all the above and it's not working how you want it then reset it and start again from scratch. |

As per another thread, there is now an updated version of iOS 9.3 available which may fix the problem.

I have 6s and have today updated through itunes. I thought it would enable 3d touch for the setting app but the shortcut does not work, just get taken to usual settings page.
