Yeah it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be and Aaron wasn't sad/jealous he just seemed irritated lol. Not enough to say don't bother coming to the trial though so I assume something else happens (he believes Robert had Andy attacked too?).

I'm sorry...I know I shouldn't because, well, poor Aaron, but...I found Robert rather hilarious tonight

They never go for nights out and Aaron certainly never asks him! The fact Aaron was showing interest in going out with him should have been enough for Robert to know it was different

That was just sooo contrived and painful to watch. I think because at the moment they are meeting up for lots of meetings with coffee and drinks, Rob's just took it all for granted. So unaware. Did love snarky Aaron though, just cancelling. If Chas spills about trying to be Cilla Black you can see Rob is really gonna regret the clanger he's made

I'm wondering if Aaron finds out somehow that Robert leaves Lawrence...can't say that would make him happy

Yep. Thats what I thought too. How was he supposed to know it was something more. And I dont get what going out of the village for the drink means it was a date

He seemed annoyed enough to me so i don't think we need to see anything else, but we might. At this point now i think Aaron will thin he's not that fussed afterall and obviously not over Chrissie. So why would he want him there.

They go out all the time, maybe not out of the village. But Rob has never been good on the uptake

Anyway, he'll make up for it next week

I didn't get the impression from Aaron, Robert or Chas that they'd never had a night out before.

Maybe Rob just thought Aaron wanted a change of scenery. There was nothing that would make Rob think it was a date. Not that it matters anyway because he wasn't listening to Aaron anyway

Just another blip on the road to reunion.

Because they have never done it before? Aaron has never asked him? I thought it was quite obvious that it was something a bit more than them popping into the wooly for a casual pint. There was effort about it. Why would Aaron do that i wonder?

I'm sure there is a lot of post-production editing - probably to fit the programme round the antics of the Real" Whites and Dingles

Ok after such a great ep yesterday, I was so disappointed in tonights. First of all the spoiler of Vic was aload of crap lol, more like she was surprised to hear about Chrandy. I assumed Robron had at least got out the pub before things went wrong lol, Robert weren't to know that Aaron wanted there night out to mean more so can't fault him for that.. but it was frustrating that he didn't pick up on what was happening the minute Aaron cancelled there night out,, yesterday we had him willing to go to prison for Aaron so for things to just suddenly turn around like tonight's, was just uncomfortable to watch from a Robron POV tbh.

Meh wasn't even bad. Robert had no idea it was supposed to be a date and regardless he can't turn his feelings off anyway.

I mean he's SO bothered about Chrissie she was in the pub and he didn't even acknowledge her .

I was far more at Lawrence and his "how much will it cost".

Im sorry Andy, but to me it wasnt clear it was for a date though. I mean yesterday Aaron called him to meet for coffee so isnt that Aaron asking him for a drink as well.

To be honest- date or not- I can't think Aaron would want to go out with Robert either way with him wining on like that and being all OTT sulky. Especially about Chrissie- the woman he hurt by having an affair with his husband- and Andy because of the K-word.

See. All this getting worked up & overanalysing the "J" spoiler by some people & absolutely nothing came from it (except Andy getting a bit beaten up). I thought Robert was a little bit funny & Aaron's annoyance was too. Their first domestic tiff.

Yes that was the most annoying bit for me, the fact they didn't show Robert realising why Aaron might be annoyed. Maybe we will tomorrow if they are in it.
