Personally, I hope they don't reunite in that episode.
They must be spending a lot of time together since Cain mentions it to Chas.
I am interested to see Aarons reaction, it is a big day for him, plus a lot is happening in the episodes.

"Robert tells Aaron he is there for him whatever happens but will Aaron agree to give things another go?"

I just think they might just have another conversation about their feelings.

Is it just because it's not a good time (due to the case and stuff) or is there some other reason you don't want it to happen then?

I don't think i want a reunion during the case really, it would be better when things have settles and then that can be it's own moment.

Given on the Tuesday Aaron isn't that receptive to Robert it seems strange Cain is going to be mentioning how much they are together come thursday! How peculiar!

Personally, I just think it won't be a great time due to the trial.

I am really interested to know when this will happen..

Though if they are holding hands...i guess it suggests something is going on....though maybe it's not clear how Aaron feels about Robert doing it so that could be a red herring i suppose.

Do you know who else/if anyone, apart from Chas will be there to support Aaron on the day he testifies??

I know some characters will be there for support later in the week, but was thinking that maybe Aaron wouldn't actually want a lot of family/friends there on the day he gives testimony & has to describe his own abuse. That maybe when he testifies only Chas is there.

But if he isn't allowing Robert to come to court on the Tuesday and by Thursday they are sat next to each other then that suggests that something has changed between Tuesday and Thursday doesn't it?

I dont really think hand holding is to mean they are back together. I think its mainly a supportive thing. Like anyone would do in that in the courtroom and they were close to the victim.

Yes, it may not be romantic hand holding, but it's still more than a friendly action. It seems 'loving'. (I wouldn't think, say, Adam would hold his hand like that.)

I am now expecting something to happen. I have never had any doubts that Robert would be by Aaron's side during this trial. No small arguments about little sisters or ex-wives would stop Robert. Even Aaron can't really think Robert would abandon him over that sort of stuff. There must be something more than that if Robert is stepping up to the plate for Aaron.

I think Adam would hold his hand in court though. I mean I think anyone would if they were close to Aaron. Because its Robron it has a hint of more than friends or whatever but I dont think it has to mean they are for sure together.

Maybe we should be wary. Kate Oates had a way of describing things in a way that it didn't actually happen and even saying thing that were down wrong not true...Iain could be the same with some of his quotes. I mean Aaron's hour of need has been the whole last 2 or 3 months.

I can not see Aaron and Adam holding hands at all. Literally wouldn't happen IMO. And even if Adam tried Aaron would be having none of it.

This is always what I thought Iain meant when he said that quote.

I guess I see it differently. *shrugs* I just dont think the hand holding at court is in a romantic sense but a supportive one and that anyone would want to hold his hand in a high stress case like this. Whether or not Aaron would want them to is another matter.

True. I can see a heart to heart conversation coming. That would be a very Robert thing to do to build up Aaron.

I always took that Iain quote to mean Robert simply being there by Aaron's side supporting him at the trial and it sounds like that is what will indeed happen by the weeks end. What is there to be wary about?

I agree! lol Adam wouldn't hold his hand. Apart from Robert, the only person who would hold his hand would be Chas imo

Obviously they've all written more but there some of their more recent ones.”

Thank you, interesting info

I'm so intrigued to what happens between them from the Tuesday til Thursday.. especially if Cain notices there together alot, then we've got the spoiler of weather Aaron agrees to give it another chance, but with Robert saying he'll be there for him no matter what, could just be them talking about feelings again & not actually reuniting. Maybe they have a convo like the lake one & agree when the times right they'll give it another go, which part of me is actually hoping for.. but I still feel like all this "J" stuff is leading to something more than just another heart to heart, I just don't understand why ED have caused unnecessary tension between them right before the trial if nothing really comes out of it.. it seems daft. So interesting.

Cain will be there.
I think Paddy might be there.

I agree.
Plus, Paddy gives a warning to Robert about not messing things up for Aaron.

The hand holding thing to me will be a supportive thing. On one side it is Chas holding Aarons hand and on the other side it is Robert.

Just what I thought it would be

Shut up, Paddy. Robert has been there more for him the last few months than you.

Thanks for these bits of info Kirsten

I just made a post about Chas holding Aaron's hand!

I can't wait to see that! That's lovely!

I know! Who does he think he is warning Robert when he's been practically glued to Aaron's side for months and Paddy's only coming out of the woodwork now!
