Wednesday: ?
Thursday: Definitely there
Friday: Presumably there?

Nope. We are just speculating that if the trial is some big turning point in their relationship something more must happen than the usual things we've already seen.

I don't think J week is going to be anything. I think Robert talks about Candy because he's come to believe Aaron just wants to be mates because of the argument over Liv. That's not big enough to put in doubt Robert true feelings. Robert wouldn't actually abandon Aaron at this trial over that. Robert must step up in some other way.

I'd presume that maybe if Aaron tells Robert to stay away from the trial (probably due to the stuff that's happened the week before maybe? If Robert's being a bit of a dick about Chrissie and Andy, Aaron might push him away), but then maybe Robert does what he did for the plea hearing and ends up turning up anyway, telling Aaron he's there for him 100%, leading to them reconciling partially for the rest of the trial, working towards the reunion.

I thought the holding hands might be in response to Aaron hurting himself by digging his nail in like he did at the plea heating, Robert sees and holds his hand to stop him doing it maybe

that would kinda suck if he isnt there day 1? Unless he is respecting Aaron by staying away.

But from the spoiler of Cain mentioning to Chas that Robron are spending lots of time together means that Robert doesnt stay away very long.

What is this Chrissie Andy incident going to be? Something like the cabin, the scrap yard or when Katie died? Something huge like that so that showing up at the trial is considered a big gesture. Going by the hint we got in Friday's episode I think its going to be a minor argument.
